Distance from me made the pizza cold but that was my fault. Other than that it was great as always.

Great customer service and the pizza was good. The wings taste under cooked they were soft and not crispy.... Running wings through the oven twice should fix the problem.

Four Stars for ease of ordering online,speedy delivery, following delivery instructions, and tastiness of the food. It might be a good idea to:
1. Put the small cup of garlic butter sauce lid up. On opening the pizza box, The little cup was upside down and had leaked all over the Box.
2. Ditto for the small cup of pizza sauce that accompanied the breadsticks. That, too, was upside down and leaked.
3. Did not find the parmesan packets which I expected to be tucked into the pizza box. Found them later in the cinnamon bites box. Did not occur to me to look there.

Placed online order. GF and regular. Both were done exactly as requested, ready on-time, and tasted great! Will definitely come back. Shoddy service at Willoughby Dominos had me looking for another GF pizza source. Papa John's GF pizza is quite tasty.

Ordered a pizza online as I usually do. Got the 3 topping special and one of the toppings was missing. Called in and spoke to the manager Justin. He was very kind. Immediately apologized. All I had asked for was maybe some extra points towards my account since I didn’t want to wait for another pizza. Instead he put into their system that next time I order to call in and I can get the same pizza for free. Have always loved papa johns this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue, and I have no complaints at all on how it was handled.

I am a loyal papa johns customer at this store. I know that everytime I order here, it's going to be made exactly how I want, it comes fast and hot. Papa johns is my favorite pizza joint, by far. They have awesome deals if you sign up for papa rewards and order online. A couple times, I didn't have any cash for a tip and I told the driver I was sorry and he said it was ok with a smile. I see that driver a lot now and we've gotten to know each other a bit. One time I ordered late at night at like 11pm right before they closed and the girl came and delivered the pizzas at about 11:55pm, so she was working later than she had too. Really awesome people they have working for them. Another good thing is that they don't skimp on the toppings. Thanks everyone at Papa John's in Willoughby.

I do not normally write reviews, but I could not help but to give this store credit. I asked for a very nontraditional (probably annoying) request for a pizza. I called days before to make sure my request would be accepted on the desired day and I talked to the night manager Brad. Not only was he willing to help but he also made sure my request was done during his availability. Although I was ordering all the way from Bowling Green, I will continue to use Papa Johns as the number one pizza stop whenever visiting Willoughby. Thank you, Brad!
