Cheesecake Shop

Bought a cake from here for the first time. It had strawberries on it, but they were so rotten, we couldn’t eat it. It was also evident someone had tried to cover the rotten strawberries up with chocolate. Very disappointing. I wonder how old the cake was, certainly not fresh. Edit: in regards to owners response. The fault lies with your store and your staff not your fruit supplier. The cake was old plain and simple and the fruit had gone rotten. Someone had then attempted to conceal the rotten fruit. This is not ok and we will not be back as you clearly take no responsibility for selling rotten products.

The Willoughby Cheesecake Shop is the best for fresh Pavlova and custom cakes. I have tried other Cheesecake shops and this store by far bakes and decorates cakes beyond my expectations. The staff are friendly and last minute orders are never a problem over the phone. Highly recommend! *** I will post cake photos every time we get one.

Love their cakes specially the tropical torte. It's super light & fluffy and has a perfect balance of cake, frosting and tartness from the passionfruit glaze. The baked american cheese cake and mountain berry is pretty good too...we have ordered "the let's celebrate stars and sprinkles" a few times & it was liked by everyone at the kids parties!

Bought the chocolate mint birthday cake, we were very happy with it tasted as good as it looked. Staff didn't come out until we rang the bell and it took us awhile to decide what to get and there was another customer their waiting staff need to come out and acknowledge customers at least. Will buy again from there H
