I am a big foodie and have been to a lot of places. The Cousins restaurant is definitely within my top ten choices in downtown Wilmington. They took time to learn the right pronunciation of my name and made every encounter so pleasant. It has such a safe and kind environment that feels like I’m just eating my lunch at home!

LorraineT808 (74 reviews) Wilmington, North Carolina We had heard from many locals that Cousins has a wonderful dinner on Friday and Saturday nights for $25 per person. You can call ahead to find out what the menu for the evening will be. Bruschetta was first, followed by a hot antipasta course, salad with homemade dressing, pasta, main course, and dessert. You can bring your own wine (no corkage fee) and beer. We had made reservations and our group of five was greetly warmly. The food was wonderful and plentiful. Leftovers were cheerfully boxed. We will be back! Date of visit: November 2013 This review is still true 10 years later. We just enjoyed a great dinner and the review above is spot on. The price now is $36 and our granddaughter was $18. We had one person gluten free in our party and they took really good care of her. We have been to many great wine dinners over the years but this BYOB Italian dinner stands tall among these dinners. Believe the hype. It is that good.

Oh my!! All the great reviews about dinner at this deli (only served on Friday and Sat nights) didn’t prepare me for how amazing the experience would be! The whole restaurant is served the same 6 courses and each one was better than the one before!!! Delicious!! The chef came to each table and greeted all!! Bring your own wine/beer and enjoy the experience and the most wonderful Italian food! I didn’t get pics 😕 b/c I was too busy eating!! We highly recommend Cousins Deli!

Stoped by and grabbed a Hailey on the long bread. Ask for extra balsamic. So good on this sandwich. Soooooo good. Fresh and flavorful. Friendly and fast! I had my baby with me and they even brought my order to me, mid rush.

Amazing! We attendee the Friday night Family dinner. The food was amazing! The staff welcomed us with bruschetta. Very flavorful and a perfect start. Then we progressed to a varied antipasto plate. Each item was tasty and different than the other items. The next pasta dish was simple penne yet nice bold flavors. The chicken and broccoli as the main course added yet another taste treat. And the assorted desserts were the perfect toppings for a wonderful meal. The servings were generous and we brought home several leftovers. We are so grateful to enjoy such a special evening. Make the time to do this! You will have the meal to remember!

Dropped in for some deli sandwiches. Got the Petralia and the Giuseppe to go. Also got a slice of their carrot cake. Took some time for the sandwiches to be made but it was worth the wait. Both sandwiches were ordered with the long roll and the flavor was excellent. The carrot cake hit the spot; not too much frosting to overpower the taste.

Legitimately the finest meal we’ve had in many years!! Spectacular fresh, homemade Italian dishes made with pride by expert family members. Joe and his warm and kind family are incredible with pastas, sauces, meats, salads, appetizers and incredible desserts. Exceptional customer service that makes you feel like family! What a fabulous weekend BYOB dinner. If you haven’t been to Little Italy in New York City, here’s your chance to savor your Italian favorites made with original family recipes. I’d give a hundred star rating.
