True Blue Butcher And Table

We had an amazing experience tonight. Eva was our server and I cannot give her enough kudos. A couple of weeks ago my husband and I had a great time at Butcher and Barrel and decided to give this a go when my sister was in town to treat her to a nice dinner - Y’all did not disappoint. The food speaks for itself from the sourdough bread to the entrees to the dessert (the coffee cake is a solid alternative when the chocolate cake is out). Eva was personable, knowledgeable and overall just a great server, so we absolutely want to make a point to say that her helping us MADE the night. Thank you for such an enjoyable night and for giving us a reason to come back with a favorite server 🙂

Absolutely lovely. I went here by myself to celebrate, and my server Brandon was so attentive, fun, and kind. Everyone else around me seemed to be having a great time as well which really added to the experience! I got the Kansas City strip, potato roasties, and NY Cheesecake (boy was I full after). The steak was revolutionary-- I didn't know steak could have those flavors. I ate the whole thing! And the onion on top was phenomenal. All in all an amazing experience!! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I made reservations for dinner for his birthday. I actually thought I had already made reservations and had forgotten so we made these very last minute and were able to get right in. In the short time between when we made the reservation and when we showed up, they had a menu for my husband signed by several staff to tell him happy birthday. Such a great personal touch!! Atmosphere is relaxing and aesthetic. Our server Hannah was amazing. She accurately described the specials for the night (we ordered 2 of the 3). Love that she listed prices with the specials. Throughout the meal we asked her recommendations a few times and she gave great suggestions. She was attentive and even though they were a little busy Hannah checked in us frequently. Food was presented beautifully, everything was delicious, menu was fun, overall we just had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

Great food and incredible service! Our server, Tara, was the best I’ve had in years. She was intentional about how she described the food and came to help us at all the right times. I have never given a google review, but felt like she deserved a good one. Also, the asparagus salad was the perfect dish! A generous serving and delicious!

Be prepared to spend a pretty penny, but you're in for a fabulous meal. The cauliflower souffle is like eating a cheesey, peppery cloud. Chef's kiss. The bone marrow bread pudding is literally insane, so delicious! Mac and cheese is banging. Steaks of course are truly excellent, price point is comparable to Ruth's Chris but our local butcher and table is really quite better, imo. Naturally, there's and excellent selection of wines and cocktails. A great spot for a special occasion!

True Blue Butcher and Table is One of The Best Restaurants in Wilmington! The food was very delicious. There is a bar with TVs to watch sports. The interior is decorated beautifully. The service was friendly. Without doubt I strongly recommend True Blue because they are one of the best places in Wilmington! Have a great day!
