No other place can touch Chik-Fil-a when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. I went through the drive thru and wonderful friendly service as always, but Meagan went over and beyond tonight… I left my wrap apparently, I didn’t notice and the drive thru didn’t realize… we were turning out of the parking lot and Megan was sprinting and screamed “Ms. Nina, your wrap” SHE MADE MY NIGHT AS WELL AS MY HUSBANDS. I would have been so incredibly upset if I got home and realized I didn’t have my wrap! Thank you so much Megan! I love chik-fil- a if I’m in a bad mood when I arrive, you guys always turn my frown upside down.

A great chick fil a restaurant. Went inside when they had a line of cars around the whole lot. They took our order within a minute and food was at our table before I got back from the restroom. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

They are always really busy but everyone is friendly. The food comes up fast, we ordered through the app and picked up in store. It's hard to get in the parking lot for drive through. Good is reliably good and consistent.

This place is my favorite restaurant in all of Wilmington. Consistently good food, amazing service, I eat here literally once a day minimum (except Sunday). I also love the service by Cameron (with the poofy hair). He rocks that hair and has a fun and approachable attitude. Definitely left a positive impression! #freethehair

Consistently high quality food and service. This Chick-fil-A wasn't particularly busy, even at 5 pm, so we dined in and got great service. Owen didn't quite get the order exactly right, but it was easy to pick off and everything else was fine. Will definitely be back to a Chick-fil-A.

5 Star experience now. I've been going to this location for 6 months now and the speed of service is getting faster. It's to the point where you don't get around the turn to the window before your food arrives (if going through drive-thru). Food has greatly improved. Last couple of times the food wasn't great i.e. the sandwiches were all fat, very small, or outright cold and undercooked. Overall, would recommend.
