Dunkin'

Love their items and go there pretty often. I have the Dunkin Donuts app on my phone where you can collect points for future buys and see daily offering. BUT beware the girl at the checkout window ( who is there 99 percent of the time) at the Monkey Junction location is NOT willing to work with you when items ring up incorrectly. So you're not getting your discount. Always inquire about the "bakers choice" donut which is not advertised. Most of them are great!

My husband and I raced to this location close to closing time for a jelly donut emergency. We arrived 2 minutes before closing . The three members of the staff were still ready to work and had not met us at the door saying they were closed ! That's new around here lately ! I mentioned this was a jelly donut emergency ! They were out ! One of the staff members said he would go back and make some for us ! We appreciated it so much ! And again ....minutes before closing. They were courtesy and pleasant and didn't start closing or rushing is . Great customer service !

Best experience I've had at dunkin my entire life... I asked for 3x extra cream cheese on my begal & they delivered. I wish I knew the girls names to give them the credit they deserve... I wish I had cash atm to tip them better too. To the girl on drive thru today with the beautiful pink braids thankyou for the experience! And to the pretty white girly with the brown/blonde hair thankyou for makeing my food with love. If their manager sees this please let them know how they made a pregnat lady extremely happy. This experience changed my entire opinion on dunkin.

Had one of the best customer service experiences here that I've had in a very long time. My original iced coffee was made incorrectly (but they were operating with only 2 employees which isn't even half staff and scrambling to make up for the previous shift not doing any end of shift work so these 2 employees were stretched really thin) But, I nicely asked for some sugar to add to it and Dimitri kindly and attentively remade the whole thing and made sure the 2nd order was perfect! He even gave me a free doughnut for the trouble and took the time to have a pleasant short conversation. They may be understaffed at this location but Dimitri really stands out as a shining star on this team. Coffee was great and so was the doughnut, location has a drive thru, and the inside was clean and not crowded at all. And my short stop here was the quick little recharge I needed in my day.
