Great American Cookies

I ordered a cookie cake in advance online from the same company in Fayetteville, NC where I live. We have learned to follow up with online orders there and they told us the day before that our cookie cake wouldn’t be ready until hours after the party the next day. In a panic, I ordered online in Wilmington for my parents to pick up that same day and bring here for the party the next day. We called to confirm that it could actually be done. They were awesome! My parents picked it up 3 hours later and the decorations far exceeded my expectations! All I said was it was for a murder mystery party and this is what they pulled out in such a short time. We will travel to Wilmington (or send my parents who live there) before ordering a cookie cake from anyone else!

This Great American Cookies location is so much better than the one I live by down in Tampa. Both times I’ve been here, the employees have been friendly offering good service. Cookies have been really fresh. The location offers a LOT of variety, with plenty of cute decorated cookies to choose from. I think this is the best location I’ve visited and I lived all over the U.S.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I ordered 6 cookies & a cookie sandwich. Finished everything by the time we started the car. My only complaint is that they were no complex or rich flavors. They all tasted like someone had only used a pound of sugar to cover up any of the possible deficiencies from lack of quality ingredients. But I guess that’s exactly what I like 😋👍🏽

We try to hit the Great American Cookies everytime we visit the mall. It's a mall must do. My two granddaughters want their chocolate chip cookies. They are absolutely wonderful. There's alot more than chocolate chips there though. They have large variety of cookies to meet each taste and baked fresh at that. We usually take a shopping break and eat a couple each, then we get some to take back home. The next time you see a Great American Cookies, be sure and stop, you won't be disappointed.
