Very fast and efficient service through the drive through, I love the new coffee and creamer brands they are using. The creamer was chilled so I could actually drink the coffee quicker. They seemed to be well staffed this morning. I haven’t been to this location for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised.

I love me some Hardee's biscuits and burgers, but these folks here are so packing in customer service, it's a shame. No thank yous or have a great day, nothing.... just shoved the food out the window and turns around without a word.

The sausage biscuit was delicious! The food was prepared ahead and the workers had a great assembly time. Cashier handled business quickly and efficiently. She even helped me save a dollar and got the two for five!

They need more help. The employees that morning. Work hard to serve the drive thru and the customers inside. They were short staffed and did their best.

Food was good. I have a large family so I always have a large order. I would be happy to call ahead but they never answer the phone. The staff is always miserable about my order because it is so large I can only assume. Otherwise would have left five stars.

Horrible, took forever to be served. Food was not what I asked for...thickburger that I paid almost $7 for was as thin as McDonald's hamburger & had cheese when I asked for NO CHEESE. Needless to say, no dinner for me that night! There used to be great service here, not sure if management changed but it's awful now!!! 2nd visit in 2 days, the first day they didn't have a chicken sandwich that was on the menu, I should've learned my lesson😡
