I went there today and the food was cold and they gave me the complete wrong drink and my sister found a peice of a necklace or something in her McChicken I'm never going there again

This McDonald's used to have a wonderful young lady whose name started with a Z. She and her staff were always amazing. It appears she has left and they've hired people that don't understand if you work in a position of customer service that it's beneficial to actually SPEAK to your customers. Used to be a fan of this store. Not anymore.

Why have 2 drive through lanes if one cannot keep up? Three vehicles that arrived after me, including one that abandoned the line I was in to use the one that was actually moving, were able to place their orders before I was even acknowledged. Avoid this location if you value your time.

Food was correct, and good. We had one missing item but they fixed it quickly with no trouble. Clean and had employees instead of a kiosk for ordering.

French fries were barely warm and hard. Fish sandwich wasnt good, fish dryed out. I went thru the drive thru on my way home an hour away. Otherwise I would've complained asking for replacements. My stomach has been slightly upset since Friday it's now Sunday and still Quizzy. Needless to say I won't stop here again.

Ordered a Quarter pounder meal and a 10 piece McNugget. Unsweetened tea and a hot chocolate. Was given the wrong sandwich and No French fries. And when went back in store the manager would not give me missing food or refund all my money. He only refunded for sandwich (which was not even the correct sandwich) and McNuggets when I was charged for meals.

Came here on 04/16/22 at around 11:50pm, the black dude who runs drive through argued with me on how my drinks were supposed to come, even though he was wrong. He dropped my straws on purpose and slammed the window. These people who work here are the rudest I've ever came across. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I hope they all lose their jobs. I gave them no attitude, a simple quick fix is all I wanted. Terrible customer service. And they want $15 an hour????
