I saw one of the reviews how thin they make their hoagies. I even ordered extra meat and there was still nothing. They forgot to add the onions and pickles to my sandwich,basically I paid $20 for garbage won't be returned into this location again

I have been coming to the Union Street location when Alan and his sister just started the business. I have been going there for years and years and years and now I’m sorry to say the quality is really dropped. Went in for a simple sandwich called and complained they said they would make a new one picked up the identical sandwich made the same way and they had to make me another one while I waited. Just not happy overall they tried to make it good but even messed it up a simple sandwich. I don’t think I will be returning.

I took a friend here for their first Capriotties experience. He ordered 2 huge sandwiches that cost $38. No chips or drinks. When he opened them I noticed they were lacking. Wawa served thicker sandwiches . When the guy asked what did he want on it. He said everything. But they didnt put mayo or oil and a few other things he was expecting. He said it was dry. My capriotti did not have any 1000 island at all. Very dry. But it was still kind of good, probably because of the quality of the ingredients that were actually included in my sandwich. It would of been amazing if someone put the dressing in.

Stopped enroute to NY because always loved Capriottis cheesesteaks…been eating them since the ‘90’d. A bit disappointed this time…didn’t realize it’s takeaway only, our fault. But, sandwich was not as cheesy/creamy as usual.

We ordered here for lunch today about 10 orders.. 6.5.22 the food was dry and they didn't put the names on whose food was who. Very disorganized when working under pressure!! The food use to be way better!!: Not good!!

Ordered Hot and Sweet Peppers on the side. Didn't get them. Also, light on the meat and dressing. Feel like this location could learn some things from the Silverside road location. Never had an issue there.

There is plastic in my sandwich tht my daughter just ordered and had delivered in the hour. This could cause someone to choke.
