Good selection of protein and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and the servings were huge! Decent amount of gluten free options too. Also have a Buy 10 get 1 free card they give you. It's not very big in the store, probably has limited seating during busy times. But both times I went, there was no wait and still plenty of seating. Definitely recommend for eating in or take out.

I am not sure if the woman working today is new or not but there is usually a tall gentleman working the front, except for today. A woman took my order and was so rude to me, I had noticed that usually when I come and place my order the bowl is usually filled completely (I order the same dish every time with the same exact toppings). However, this time my bowl was filled not even half way and when I asked for more rice she told me it would be an extra $1.50. I explained to her that I usually frequent this establishment and my bowl is usually filled without having to add extra rice or being charged. She proceeded to yell and tell me No and that I was wrong , when I come here all the time and never even had her fulfill my order before. After handing her cash, she put my change on the counter so rudely and did not return my change in my hand. I did take my food and left and sat in my car and realized that I was a paying customer and did not need to patronize any place where I was being disrespected. I returned to the store to get my money back and I will not be returning. It seems lately that prices for services and goods are increasing while basic customer service and decency is decreasing. I took my business elsewhere.

The food is good, but prices are up and portion sizes have gotten smaller. My $13 bowl has only about half filled. For example, there were only 5 slices of cucumber and like 12 edamame beans. They could at least make up for the rising cost of supplies by giving customers more rice. Also, this location doesn't have the same loyalty program as the Glenn Mills location.

I've ordered only a few times from here and the food was always great, but I wanted to leave a review today to say thank you for taking celiac disease so seriously - I added the seaweed salad to my bowl not realizing it had gluten, and they actually called me on the phone to tell me it contained gluten. Seriously above and beyond, I really appreciate it, you just made a customer for life!

First time trying Poke Bros, heard about it from friends and was told it was really good. Was not disappointed! A slight bit pricey, but it's understandable for the portions that I received. Presentation was good, taste was great! Had a build-your-own that was well put together, however customer service wasn't the most friendly, the cashier seemed tired. Makes sense, though, since it was an hour before close, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Hopefully I'll get the chance to try it again!
