This place brings back memories of what it was like back in the day to have a simple down home breakfast and not pay a small fortune. It was a very nostalgic experience for me. You should definitely check this place out. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in Wilmington. $$

Just stopped down and waited 10 minutes for a waitress to bring me and my daughter menus. In that time. She cleaned 3 tables, then waited on her friends that came in. Never once did she even speak to us. I've frequented this place for decades, so I'm shocked it's like this now. I'm done with them.

Good food, never been disappointed, good customer service, however the service is slow, need a couple of experienced waiters perhaps

I live about two blocks away from there never visited disestablishment put on this occasion the food was outstanding at a reasonable price and services on point Hostess was friendly I recommend it looks like a little small mom-and-pop joint well worth it

Tasty food! & Friendly staff.
3 out of 4 mornings our pre-placed order was ready right on time.
The 4th morning it was about 10 minutes late.
Oh well, nobody's perfect.

Had to leave; didn't have basic things like romaine lettuce for salads and it smelled sort of dingy. Noticable cracks in the wall but I didn't stick around long enough to take pictures

Since we hadn't been there in a while, we were very excited. I don't know if management changed or it's just a different cook, but this time our breakfast wasn't worth the trip.
My french toast tasted of onions & peppers, and were salty with too much egg & no "crust", the syrup was Walmart brand (thin & tasteless), no bananas (but the strawberries were sweet & plentiful with nice presentation. My niece's sausage gravy didn't taste good or fresh & the biscuits were hard. The bacon & turkey bacon on all of our plates were perfection!
