Season's Pizza

This is the saddest $11 chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever seen. One chopped up chicken breast. I called to figure out what happened to the rest of my cheesesteak and the manager told me that’s how it is and too bad. Absolute trash, sub, burger and pizza all fell right in line with this. Wild to think with so many places around here they would take such an awful stance on customer service. Luckily I have plenty of other options to order my dinner for my family in the future.

They messed up my first cheesesteak. Instead of making my order correctly the second time. They replaced it with a second one that had so much black pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. It’s disgusting and foul that a business that serves food would allow their employees to sabotage someone’s food. I’m wondering what other petty disgusting things they do to peoples food. I don’t trust this place just for that I would advise people not to eat here.

DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME IF I NEEDED CHANGE. SUCH A SHAME! PAPPY'S PIZZA TOOK PRIDE IN MAKING GREAT EXCELLENT TASTING QUALITY FOODS FOR ITS CUSTOMER'S. REPLACED BY SEASON'S PIZZA IN MIDWAY PLAZA. I ORDERED A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WITH CHICKEN & BANANA PEPPERS, THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT HOTSAUCE ON MY PIZZA INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE, SO IF THE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGH DIDN'T GET COOKED ALL THE WAY, DID THE CHICKEN EVEN GET COOKED ALL THE WAY? THEN YOU MAY SEE THEY SLICED RIGHT THROUGH THE PIZZA IN THROUGH THE ALUMINUM PAN THEY COOKED IT ON. I REALLY LOVE CRUST WITH MY PIZZA & AS YOU MAY SEE THIS CRUST IS BURNT TO THE PAN. I UNDERSTAND GLUTEN ALLERGIES & CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A HUGE ORDEAL IN SOCIETY. THESE BUSINESSES MAKE SO MUCH $$$ HOW ABOUT PUTTING BACK INTO THE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA OVEN FOR CELIAC DISEASED CUSTOMER'S? IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO SOMETHING THE PROPER WAY THOROUGHLY & CORRECTLY! NOT SURE WHAT I ATE, HOPE NOT ALUMINUM FOIL, I'VE GOT A SEVERE HEADACHE THAT JUST SPIKED FROM OUT OF NOWHERE. IT IS A THIN CRUST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA, HOW MUCH PRESSURE DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO USE TO SLICE THE PIZZA( CHECK OUT PHOTOS )? I MAY JUST THROW THIS PIZZA OUT NOW. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, I HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON NEVER TO ORDER FROM SEASON'S PIZZA EVER AGAIN! GETTING CUSTOMER'S SICK WITH RAW POULTRY IS NOT A GREAT WAY TO HAVE REPEAT CUSTOMER'S. SEE HOW THEY LIKE TREATING CUSTOMER'S ONCE THE FDA GETS AHOLD OF THIS REVIEW WITH THE CONTENTS OF THE FOODS I RECEIVED FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE'S SUNDAY 11/7/2021.

Ordered a pizza at 5:10 tonight.. Called 1:30 mins later said it's on the road. 30 mins later, still not here. Called again, spoke with the manager only to be told it wasnt even made yet. Do i want my money back? No apologies or compensations, just bye! Ordered through uber eats. They both are trash as far as im concerned

I highly recommend Seasons Pizza (Midway Plaza) as it is a family favorite. The spot at Midway Plaza is conveniently near our home and we order often. This location offers pick-up, delivery and curbside. Delivery always arrives within the stated window. I tried curbside today for the first time and my food was promptly brought to my car window when I called inside. My family enjoys NY Style pizza, salads, grinders and desserts. The salads and food always taste freshly made and are delicious. Well, except today I tried the Mediterranean Bowl for the first (and last) time. The Spinach was soggy from the Olive Oil Lemon Sauce which was overpowering while the chicken breast was tough and chewy. Personally I love all the ingredients excepting the Feta Cheese which is tolerable but this dish was $8.99 wasted as I'm tossing the remainder. I can't force myself to eat another bite. This mix didn't work for me at all so I was left very disappointed. Seasons Pizza's daily specials are great for a budget. The staff is attentive, professional and welcoming. Gary promptly and reasonably resolves any concerns. This location consistently delivers a positive experience. I should have stuck with the Antipasto Salad, with Creamy Italian dressing and the bread that comes with it. Each time I order it (which is often) it's perfect. I am Seasons Rewards Member which allows me to accumulate points that earn a $5 discount repeatedly. I still highly recommend this location; just not the Mediterranean Bowl.
