I would like to give some feedback regarding your store on Kirkwood Hwy. I would like to start by saying the new manager Brandon is absolutely amazing. I was having a bad day but his positive attitude changed that. He was courteous and provided exceptional customer service. There is one lady that works during the day and she is very nasty to the customers. She could learn from Brandon.

I’m completely lost for words, I have been coming to this boston market for 11 years And let me just say I absolutely love the new change. I come everyday at 11:30 am my food has been the BEST, my CHICKEN? perfectttt I love the new morning crew Especially the Sweet young manger went above to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They didn't have any sides left and they wasn't closing until 2hours later. They had the audacity to offer scraps like who was eating that how rude of you, they're in need of some serious help and a lot of customer service, food ethics and everything above. Horrific service 😢...

The best Boston Market in DE hands down! Omariah & Julie are the amazing ambassadors of this franchise and have what it takes to move up in the company! The AC doesn’t seem to be working here but that didn’t stop them from maintaining their professionalism. Thank you ladies!!!!!

We bought the XL Family Meal, 6 sides. Chickens were 4 inches, pigeon-sized, enough for 2 perhaps. I was humiliated! If sides costs $2, these 3 pigeons cost $13.60 each...this cannot be real! Close this chain for fraud.

Boston Market is a great place for home cooked flavors. Which means it's easy to wrack up a bill there. If they're going to charge extra for premium sides (which is understandable) would be great to get an entire portion, and not have empty spaces in the dish.
Two meals (w/o bread), large side, no drinks, no dessert, and cornbread came out to $25+. Disappointed in the amount received for the $ spent.
At least Gloria was pleasant.
