Hibachi Express

Quality varies. Some days it’s great, some days it’s bland and dry and awful. The more popular they have become, the worse the food gets. Back in 2007, this place had better food than Hibachi the restaurant. 2018, they’re too busy to put that level of effort into the food and quality suffers. Maybe on a slow night, you will get some delicious food, but if it’s busy, don’t count on it.

I gave 2 instead of a one because I use to love this place eating here a few times a month. Have not been here since summer. Tonight I had horrible service with the lady at counter (mind you she was not busy and no one else was there.) I've eaten here since 2015 always order temper chicken rolls (like the shrimp roll, not on menu but never had issues)Lady refused to do it for me even after telling her WasabiI have order it many times, not on menu she said. So I ordered the crab roll that she forgot the cucumber on, dry tasting and not completely rolled. wasabi was dried our the whole experience was horrible and will no longer be back. Will find a new sushi place to order from.

The food was not good at all. The fried rice is not even fried rice, it’s more like Uncle Bens rice packets. I’m not sure what kind of chicken this is. It was mushy, had way too much black pepper, had a Cheesesteak egg roll that was inedible, and lo mein noodles that were spaghetti. Very disappointed and will not be back.
