Chipotle, is an American chain of fast casual restaurants in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France, specializing in tacos and Mission burritos that are made to order in front of the customer. Its name derives from chipotle, the Nahuatl name for a smoked and dried jalapeño chili pepper. My friend's kids love Chipotle's food so much that every time I go to her house, I stop by Chipotle to buy their food.

Visited around 5pm. Only one table with customers and every table/chair was filthy. It wasn't even busy. Trash can PILED with trash. Flues EVERYWHERE. They keep the food WIDE OPEN! DO NOT eat from here until they do something about the fly problem. I could barely eat while trying to keep the flies away and gave up eventually. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.
They also think you should eat fat, gristle and hard edges of meat instead of throwing it away. Very disgusting and no one cares here.

I'll never go to the one on Concord Pike again. I'm assuming this woman was the manager, but she over saw and micro-managed every single thing the employees did from how big a spoon full of rice was, to how the chicken was cut. My bowel was like 1/2 it's normal size and I found it not only rude, but unnecessary. And of course as usual, my drink was missing from the kids meal I ordered.

I enjoy Chipotle every time. I asked to sample the new plant based Chorizo. It was the last of the pan, so it was a bit dry. Asked if anymore was being made and I was told with such an attitude that what was in the pan had to be used first. So I changed my order. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Horrible experience, I do not recommend anyone putting their dollars to this location.
They will not serve you if you don’t have a mask on, while I didn’t have one with me - they didn’t even offer a solution by providing me with one - after complaining.
Both employees weren’t even wearing their masks properly.
Most importantly they don’t make those decisions for me, and never will.
I will never return back to this location again and certainly do not recommend this location to anybody

I’ve had my indifference with this location but the new young lady that was making the orders today for takeout at 2:00pm was Awesome. Everything was correct. Everything tasted fresh. Everything was perfect which compensates for the little wait. Finally! She needs a raise!!

10 dollars for 3 oz of meat. I would be better off going to a steak house. It was tasty. The place was clean. The staff were polite if bored and lackadaisical.
