I love it here! I have been a customer for a few years now! I first started with their seafood platters and then I started getting their blue crabs too! I have never had a problem with anything I have ever ordered from here! They are very professional even when they get slammed with orders back to back! I love how they send you a text telling you when your order is done. I love how at times they give you extra blue crabs with your order and when they have a special on the blue crabs ❤️ Jae’s is def my favorite crab spot in Wilmington

I for one go here weekly for steamed blue crab and have never been disappointed. The guys there are nice and always greet you when you come in. I can only speak for myself and say I've never encountered any issues. Tommy is awesome. He throws in extra crabs and chats with you. Reviews are reviews some people have had bad experiences and some good. All I can say is you have to go there and see for yourself. I'm happy to be a repeat customer.

Sad they now only serve their blue crabs PRECOOKED! Just gave them a shot for the very last time. After experiencing this from them multiple time in the last year i am done. The crabs have been in the warmer so long they are dry as they no longer cook to order as they did before. Also they season them when u pick the up therefore no seasonings in the flesh only on the shell👎 i added a picture to show the condensation from them sitting so long in the warmer. Note the news paper used in the bottom of bag to soak up condensation. Run to Captain Zeaks…

Best kept seafood secret Delaware has to offer. The customer service is honestly flawless and the food is the phenomenal. I ordered the K combo for me and another person to share. I didn’t want to share it after taking my first bite. Before ordering my food I had a couple of questions so I called and the owner Tommy was extremely professional and patient. I will be returning in a couple of days!

I asked him why they were so dirty? He said, I should be lucky he gave me one extra. Five stars are for the size of the crabs though. Minus two for CS. But work on that CS. I hope they clean them before they cook them. (After cleaning) One dead and one MIA. But I called and he said he would take care of me next time so stay tuned. Part2 Well went back to Jaes for first time in a long time and OMGOODNESS. I asked to measure a few crabs that looked way smaller than XL. The guy who claimed to Jae told me to take or leave it. POC if anyone regardless of their ethnicity says anything like that to you, I challenge you to walk away. I took one for the team and walked away never to return. But make these guys humble themselves for your money. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU WHAT YOUR GETTING BEFORE YOU PAY. Especially when ordering live crabs. To heck with the trust system when spending $250.
