Usually I have no problem, but the last time I went the girl at drive through was very rude. we quickly stopped there i would say 20 mins before they close since we live close by, they basically had already shut the store down. We didn't order crazy stuff since it was late she basically threw the stuff to us out the window and quickly shut the window with out saying a word. being a Manger for a fast food place myself my staff who are teenagers don't even act like that, and we often get customers 5 to 10 mins before we close.

Food is typically good, but always very slow! Orders were not correct today, cashier messed up to items, and one other item was taken correctly but made wrong. That after waiting like 15-20 minutes for "fast food". Disappointing visit!

My young one loves taco bell, and we're in Newport often, usually hitting it around 8pm. I think we keep going is because I rationalize that by the time we get to the one in our area we will have waited just as long. Point: be shocked to run through the drive through quickly. Our last 2 visits, one week apart, are as follows: no nachos (rare, but whos doing inventory?), no cinnamon ball treats. This is a dual taco bell/kfc, I normally get the mashed potato bowl. After a long wait we get home, taco bell items were ok, sodas flat, potato bowl put on a bellgrande plate, the chicken was a bunch of crunch batter, which truthfully I don't mind, but it was really gross..
Last night, still no cinnamon things (hey, cover it on the menu board), still no containers for the bowl (I was for warned this time), no big deal if the food is as expected, but again, whos taking care of this place?
Again our sodas were awful. I should've tried them, but after sitting forever I just took off.
I feel bad for the employees, I see the stress and disorganization they're dealing with.
Again, I am usually there around 8pm one day a week cuz my lil one loves it. Historically the issue has been waiting forever, but now it seems the infrastructure is failing. Hope they get it together.

The white manager with the bussed hair cut was exceptionally helpful and polite. His customer serves waa fantastic. However the serves of the workers sucks. Food was good clean kept always a Good visit

Worst service ever Associates walked past us looking at us as we stood at the register waiting to have our order taken finally they took our order. Others walked in to order food the associate taking the orders walked off to answer his phone and never returned as as angry customers left because of no service other customers came in and became angry because no one was there to take their order after about 15 minutes someone finally came from the back to take their order

Incredibly slow staff, I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and was skipped more than 5 times until I finally got my order. It was a simple order too, would never eat here again.

I won't eat here again. Tried them 3 times and 2 of the times the wait was outrageous. Ordered fast the first time then waited forever for my food. 2nd time waited forever to order and even longer for eh food only to get it wrong and have to wait again. NEVER AGAIN!

Make sure you ask for napkins at the drive-thru. Also, I'm pretty sure most of the employees smoke weed but none of them know how to roll a burrito.
