Red Heat Tavern

We really enjoyed our meal. The haddock was delicious. Some of the other reviews I read before eating here said that the food is not high quality but I disagree- it was very good & full of flavor. Very kid friendly and clean. Service was good too. The drinks on other peoples tables looked great. If I’m in the area again I will eat here again.

Restaurant was clean, service was prompt and my food was excellent. This is right off of the freeway, but is a little bit “tucked away”. There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot felt (a bit) awkward and tight. Look forward to coming out when I have Time to take more pictures and try more parts of the menu. In this visit, I had the Mediterranean bowl, with chicken added.

3.5 stars if I could do that. everything on their menu can be made gluten free, decent amount of vegan options for a tavern. very Applebee's quality food and prices. so very decent, not great, definitely not bad. very 3 star tasting food and prices but I added a star because of the gluten free options which are hard to come buy in cheaper places to eat like this. so yes I would go if you need gluten free options and maybe not if you don't .

Very happy we ended up getting to stop by here! The wings were very good, a chicken dish and hamburger were both cooked perfectly and delicious, and the chocolate cookie skillet was the perfect finish. With great food and exceptionally quick service we are hoping to be back in the area again soon to try some of the rest of the menu!

What can I say positive? Not much. The menu is a giant yawner. We settled for burgers. One medium, one mid-rare. They were both over-cooked. We would have sent them back, but you could tell that wasn’t the only problem. They were drenched in some kind of spicy motor oil. How do you mess up a burger? I was promised fries with NO flavoring. They arrived orange. Unidentifiable flavoring isn’t the same as NONE. The onion strings weren’t bad. They could have come in a Durkees bag, though. Generous pour on the wine. And very good iced tea earned this place a second star.

I had been many times awhile ago and haven’t been in forever… im watching my friends dogs but g storm coming and i picked up an order of the cornbread and dry rub wings and they are just as amazing as i remember!!! I pulled up and n one second a sweet kid came out and greeted me in my car and i had my food in 4 minutes!!! i was early! EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
