Panera overpriced as usual. The staff up front was nice enough. The staff in the back yelled my name 3 times at a terrible pitch and volume. I was waiting with my and my friend's bag while she got her drink, so she got a bit impatient. The bathroom smelled of vomit, though not dirty looking. The half sandwich I got was $7.39 + tax and was super lousy. I'm not sure why I keep coming to Panera.

Great quick stop for a healthy (seeming?) snack. Ordered 'to go' but ended up dining in the fresh air and sunshine at their convenient outdoor tables.

As usual, It is overpriced and the coffee today did not taste especially good. And the design of this particular place was unappetizing and I think poorly done. The service was adequate. The seating arrangement was bizarre and not especially comfortable. Visually I thought they could do much better job than they did. It's located in the mall with Market Basket and a couple of other large stores. It is not completely visible off the main road which is main street. It was my first trip and I almost missed it. There is plenty of parking. And if only the inside who as attractive as the outside I'm not truly excited about this place. That does not mean that you shouldn't try it and form your own opinion.

Employees are good, service is fine. Food is a different story here. I have been to so many Panera locations and this is the only location where food is different. Taste is not same and usually like to avoid this location. 12/14/20 - worst service experience and because of the past experience I like to avoid this location at all cost. I went inside and it was very quiet and no customer and one girl at register area (I think her name was Rashida) and one guy cleaning the front area and few others walking around. I waited at register for around 5 minutes and the girl never acknowledged me and didn't bother to take my order. After not getting NO response I thought about leaving but ended up using kiosk. I had enough with this Panera location.

Awesome for catering, very good sandwiches, Some of the salads are really good but some are just regular and overpriced but presentation and the excitement of your guests makes it worth it. I recommend the cookies and the chips, some of the drinks are alright but if you're are a tea drinker fan you might like it. Overall very good!!!

My parents have been getting takeout here fairly regularly since it opened, and we've always been happy with our food. Panera has a good variety of toddler-friendly food that doesn't feel like junk food. I wrote a review today because of a specific employee. Miss took our order at the counter. He was really great with my 3 year old. He was friendly, spoke very clearly, and made sure the order was accurate. He's a model employee.

We got there 15 mins before closing and were told they are closed! When questioned they said they are out of most stuff but can make salads or sandwiches. While we were waiting to place orders, I saw them giving away the days' baked goods to 2 different persons which I assume was for charity sake - kudos for that to them. Anyhow, placed order and was told it has to be made to go since they were closing soon. Overall, like the place specially for the hot soups on a cold evening. Will still go there but was left with a suboptimal experience and a bad taste...no pun intended!

A vegetarian friend suggested meeting here for lunch. The restaurants I usually go to have few choices for vegetarians, so this was a good choice, and an adventure for me since it was my first time here.. I used the reviews to figure out what to try, and searched to understand unfamiliar terms like green goddess. I am on a low sodium diet so the safe choices were salads. The green goddess salad was good and I got a half Cuban sandwich. On a second visit, I got the Spicy Thai Salad. The food was fine, but eating a salad for lunch is something I am going to have to get used to. This place did seem pricey and a bit more upscale than I am used to.
