Another great find in Wilmington! Was camping at Cowan and needed my fix. My iced mocha was great and the atmosphere was unbeatable! I will be back.

We look for a great coffee house anytime we travel, and this was one of our favorites! Homemade scones every morning; special flavors every day (Our favorite was German Chocolate). Knowledgeable baristas and lots of fun flavor ideas to try - I recommend the Blackberry Vanilla if you like your flavor subtle and not super sweet. Indoor and outdoor, table & chair, and armchair seating available. Always a clean place to sit. A bonus we loved? They sell bottles of the flavors they use at a good price.

Went to the new Xenia location. Coffee was good but did not appreciate my customer service experience. Gave my order to someone else who ordered the same thing 3 orders after me. 20 minute wait to get what I ordered with no apology.

OMG LOVE IT. the kava house family and my own have been fairly good friends for a long time, so I got to wach the place open ! I have had a lot of amazing memories and in alll it’s a great place. Me and my friends now always go to hang out and get scones! They have a amazing chocolate raspberry scone that they don’t make a lot but it’s HEVEN ! I Encourage you to stop by !

Passing through Wilmington, I’m so glad I stopped in to this hidden gem. A beautiful coffee shop with early 20th century charm, like walking into a gilded-age mansion. Exceptionally wonderful staff whose friendly demeanor helps walk you through the menu. I got lucky, every Friday they make homemade hotdogs with the best toppings and buns you’ve ever had!
