Papa Johns Pizza

BEST PIZZA EVER , IT WAS AN Ordinary day when I wanted some pizza so I asked my mother if she could order us some she said yes of course because I’m adorable all the sudden they tell us that it’s ready in only like three minutes that’s quick service however it took us eight hours to get to the place because my little brother wouldn’t go for a nap but they had her pizza warm and ready for us it tasted like complete heaven their breadsticks are oneoneone out of one you haven’t had pizza if you haven’t had this pizza ! (Also remember to follow my review account ! )

I love papa John's but the last time we ordered it wasn't a good experience! I tried calling in to place an order for over an hour would get placed on hold n left on hold for 15 min before I'd hang up n try again thar happened twice. I was hung up on multiple times! They would answer in ramble off hold please and cut u off mid sentence and put u on hold. Couldn't order online. To walk in and them not be busy at all laughing joking and playing around! Food was burnt as well when asked to talk to the manager I was hung up on. Haven't ordered since!!

this place is horrible. not only is it disgusting but we had a delivery last night and we wanted CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. we asked them to leave it and not KNOCK. this happens everytime but the man who was delivering last night was standing and knocking loud. so we yelled out “hey, please leave it” and guess what?? the guy KNOCKED EVEN LOUDER. so we said “hey, it says to leave it, you can leave it” and the guy said “FUCK YOU” and dropped our pizza and sped down our road. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM?? who does that?? it was almost 7pm! and i guess when we called, it was the boss?? does the boss cuss every customer out? smh

I've worked at three other large chains and only ordered once from Papa John's in Columbus and I did not like the owner of the company at the time and I can't stand Peyton manning doing any more commercials. My son bought a car from a local dealership and he got a free coupon. It was very good and the manager Shawn talked with us about the pizza market. Kudos to the staff @ Wilmington Papa John's!!!
