Overall was a pleasant experience. The wait staff was great. Very personable and helpful. To whomever is running the oven. Work on your turning skills. Burnt crust is not what I want. Slide the paddle under a side subtly lift, and … turn. Even cook is key. Three stars as a result of the burned parts and then .. take note staff…when someone orders a cheese pizza with chicken. Perhaps they don’t wish to consume pork. Not the case here, but could easily have been an issue. Ordered a chicken pizza and a big chuck of sausage is part of that.

Dropped in after shopping for dinner. Had a beer and food. The food was delicious, especially the sweet Thai chili chicken wings. The service was less than desirable. A dirty glass and dish were served that I requested replacements. The blue cheese dressing for the wings had little blue cheese flavor and was very watery. Like I said, food was great, service not so.

AMAZING pizza every time I go!!! You can count on consistency here. Nice smallish draft selection with a couple of oddball beers to spice it up. Outdoor and indoor seating which is covered make this a great spot in any weather. Just a few steps from the theater if you want to grab a good pizza and some drinks before your movie. Update, came back the next day and had to remove two stars due to our service. Our waiter may have been the worst customer service person I have ever met. I believe his name was Josh. He disappeared for 30 minutes and we finally asked another waitress to take our order. He eventually came back after that and was super slow with an I don’t care attitude. Never apologized or acknowledged that he left us for so long and continued the same disappointing service. I kept three stars because of the kind waitress that I got the attention of and the quality of the food

Receipt pic as proof. Incredibly disgusted customer!!! Received a beer that had some odd metal object that resembled a nose ring or small nail in the glass. The bar tender did not apologize for the mishap. I do not expect a free bill, but at the very least, just don’t charge for the beer that was already on special (Landshark). The pizza was served prior to the appetizer. There is also something else that I witnessed (from staff) that I will not address in this review due to how offensive it is. Sad part is, this place has the potential to be amazing!!!

I'm really disappointed in this place. It had so much potential and we were excited to try it. We sat outside and I asked our server if they had margaritas. He said he didn't know, he was new but he will ask. It's our vacation so I asked him to surprise me. So far so good. Though I was surprised he didn't know the drink menu. That's where you can make your tip! My wife has gluten allergies so we ordered the pizza with Gluten free crust and a regular pizza for me. We also ordered the spinach dip that, on the menu, says served with tortilla chips. Our order was taken then the problems began.... Our server didn't know that they were out of Gluten free crust and the artichoke dip was served with pita chips. We were disappointed that he didn't know about the crust, this is a pizza place. He kept saying that he's new and that the place renewed the menu. That was the same thing he said when we pointed out that he served the dip with pita chips,not tortilla. Apparently, they changed that too. We don't mean to be picky, but we were clear with my wife's restrictions and we picked that restaurant for a reason. It was also weird that the manager didn't meet us. That's usually the first thing that happens.

WOW. Absolutely delicious, didn't even have to speculate! I am usually very cautious trying to places, but the items I got were absolutely fresh, well prepared and not frozen. Items: Spinach and Artichoke dip, Southwestern Salad and a Lavender Martini. The bread for the dip was very soft, so you didn't have to worry about it stabbing the insides of your mouth. I will absolutely be back.

I love Brixx, there are a lot of locations and the food is always really good... Except for this one. We've been there twice, months apart and the situation was the same, if not worse. Honestly, this location should be condemned. The high top chairs are so loose they could fall apart at any minute, how is it hard to tighten some chairs? The tables and counters were all dirty, as were the plates. Worst of all, the kitchen clearly lacks motivation, on our first trip we were served a sandwich with half raw pizza dough as the bread, instead of the normal bread, basically inedible. On the second trip the salads had brown lettuce, the pears were spoiled and brown, and one of the salads had a really gross unidentifiable flavor in it. Get some new management, or shut it down, it's a travesty. And if you're thinking this is isolated, it's not, we've had these dishes plenty of times at other Brixx. Don't go here.
