I've been visiting this burger king location for the past 3 years every summer. This past summer the service has been awful. Employees don't want to take orders from customers. They are unwilling to fulfill reasonable requests from the menu. I've had several issues at this location including them not taking orders, Not completing orders, things from my orders going missing I've had to return for such as nuggets and fries. I work in fast food myself but, I don't understand what the issues are here. They closed before their posted hours and, wouldn't allow us to order food. We are always kind and polite and, I don't get why an acting manager or the owners won't get their restaurant under control. It's frustrating, and, unfair to the residents and, visitors of Wilmington.

My Fiancee stopped to get breakfast today and ordered his food, not realizing that I had his ATM card. So he had no money on him and when he explained that to the employee at the window. The employee yelled at him and throw the food on the ground. It was an honest mistake. The employee even threated to call the cops on him!!!!

Shorted a Hash Brown in my order. Too far to go back, next time I’ll check my order before leaving drive thru no matter how many cars are behind me.

The food was cold! No Coke, no shakes and I had maybe 1/2 leaf of lettuce on my Whopper.

I don't eat a lot of Burger King but they do have a couple items that is worth the stop unfortunately this Burger King needs to be rebuilt it is in rough condition I heard that they were scheduling a new one built but as of this time not happened yet

Won't give you extra sauce for nuggets if ask for it and when I asked for extra sauce and pickles on my chickking they have me one pickle and no sauce on it and always seem to forget my fry's the older male manager is the one who always messes up and cheeps out on things

Owner too cheap to hire enough staff for indoor dining. Residents say FY and avoid the place.
