All ways a great venue with great food and service. On our last visit we had the beef roast which is delicious and served promptly. The fish and chips was also spot on. We will definitely be going back. I'd like to add more to this review but really it's suffice to say the horse and groom give the standard that every eatery should aspire to.

Food was okay, was told this was a new menu launching today. Burger and chips didn’t taste great but garlic break was nice. Nice chilled atmosphere and quiet at the time we went. I would advise going into the restaurant instead if the bar

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Horse & Groom. Great looking gastropub with hearty portions of food. Burgers were really filling…didn’t need the starter. I think the best part was the service which was very friendly and accommodating. Makes a big difference. Would definitely recommend this place.

I saw that the reviews for this venue were really good and so we chose this venue on our way back from Howlett's wildlife park. It was delightful. Thank you to our server Clara, super efficient and lovely to boot. Food is delicious. We had the Spich Chicken Burger and the Chicken Kebabs. Delicious, finished off with a glass of Pinot. Lovely afternoon spot, smart feel without feeling over done, super relaxing atmosphere too.

A very busy place to visit on a Sunday lunch time but nevertheless, service with a smile! We did have to wait a little longer than I would have hoped but it was well worth it. A lovely vegan roast dinner!

I popped into The Horse & Groom for dinner with a friend. It is unrecognisable since I was last there a few years ago. The pub has been completely refurbished and is a great environment for drinks and good food. The food is homemade, delicious and reasonably priced. The chicken wings and hummus starters were excellent. The Horse & Groom burger was brilliant and my friend, Mike, thoroughly enjoyed his lamb kleftico dish. Gracie looked after us well and we will certainly be back again soon.

Lovely pub with big garden. The service was good although the food wasn't instant when it came out it was all delicious. It hasn't recently been refurbished so there are plenty of places that sit. And an open fire in the winter. Plenty of places to park.

We booked a 50th birthday meal for 16 people. Everyone had a great time and food was good. Staff were very helpful throughout from booking to the end. We were allowed to bring balloons and our own cake.

Staff so helpful & kind. Good atmosphere Can't give 5 stars as they are charging £7.95 for a pint of bitter! I went back to the bar to check the price. I'm told many others have done the same Suggest you warn folk you're being charged central London prices.
