Great place , love the farm shop downstairs, but always have food upstairs , great friendly staff and food fantastic , the fish platter is lovely and there is some desserts, I love the scones with jam and cream ! Love it

This was our first visit to The Cheshire Smokehouse and what a lovely surprise it was. The food was amazing. My husband had the Engish breakfast. He's a connoisseur of the all day breakfast and he said it was the best he'd ever had. I had the most delicious stuffed mushrooms and my pudding was to die for - marinated apricots in lemon and ginger cream. Absolutely wonderful. The staff were all friendly and place was immaculate. We will definitely be going again.
Great food but at a price. In house butcher and baker plus plenty of other goods to choose from.
Staff are alwaya friendly and smiling which makes a nice change :)
I first found the Cheshire Smokehouse very many years ago, when I was out and about regularly in Cheshire, and it became a regular visit. After retirement 14 years ago, I'm not in that area very often but I was today. Thankfully, nothing much has changed and I stocked up with some of our old favourites, particularly smoked duck breasts. Very highly recommended, if you appreciate really top quality food.
Lovely shop to aquire many different products. Local produce, and speciality products available, at a slightly higher price point. Everything on the level so easy to get around if you need a bit of aide. Friendly staff.
Artisan bakery on site, producing very nice breads, buns, sandwiches. Butchers displaying lovely cuts of meat, and different prepared fresh dinners, and frozen ones.
Obviously smoked meats etc which is a speciality.
First time shopping here (recommended by a friend) and extremely impressed with the range and quality of the products on sale. We will definately be returning.
I can describe TCS in 4 words - affordable top quality produce. You just want to try everything..lovely shop
Got some nice stuff here but didn’t think there was anything out of the ordinary really. I would certainly call in if passing this way. Got some pastrami which was very good. Good cheese selection
Lots of lovely food, all delicious. If you want a proper deli this is it.
Best breakfast in town (apart from my own of course!) High quality ingredients used in all food. Gets very busy and doesnt accept reservations so be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for a table- particularly on Saturdays. Closed Sundays
Great variety of local food and a lovely cafe serving fantastic food.
OMG I love this place, salmon, bacon, haddock all smoked. What more could you wish for? Also a good selection of wine, beer and spirits with a cheese selection to boot. Must not forget the pies, I love the pies, the bread, I could go on.
