I was in this Dunkin' donuts last Saturday. It was a very troubling experience. The African American lady that served me my order got the order wrong I'm not heating up my coffee roll. She was not professional about correcting the order. She was more disrespectful than helpful. Three thumbs down.

As usual, they put Bavarian cream donuts in the rack that says Vanilla Cream. This happens at other locations as well. It is beyond infuriating when you hear the donut open, to find the wrong filling. Why can't they get this right? I shouldn't have to tear my donuts open before I leave the store.

Typical Dunkin. But in addition to a number of tables, they have a comfortable seating area with a fake fireplace and a big screen TV.

Used to be my favorite DD place, but mobile order is too slow right now. I always order ahead 10 mins before, but my orders never ready, have to wait another 10 to 20 mins at the store. What is the meaning of order ahead if it is even slower than order in store?

This Dunkin is good. Our order was correct and properly prepared. It came quickly. Thumbs up.
Finding it is challenging. The shopping center it's in has uniform green signs for everyone. We missed it even with the GPS. I was expecting Dunkin colors. The parking lot is also a bit tricky and had lots of action and the spaces are tight.
But the food,coffee,and service were very good.

Literally the slowest Dunkins I’ve ever been too. The employees are too busy talking and flirting with each other to make a 15 minute grilled cheese. I never write reviews. But this place is horrible. If this place were my local Dunkins I’d drive 10 minutes to the next one.
