Excellent food and beer.
Ludicrously over priced as everything darn sarf is is of course (even by the standards of someone who lives in Cheshire).
Really quirky inside with an excellent large outdoor area. Dog friendly. Good pub.
Really very nice, helpful and welcoming staff and a lovely spacious feel to the place while keeping that cosy pub feel too! Good beers and the food is of good standard and servings. I had the burger which I know is an easy job but it was tasty and nicely presented.

The menu is really nice. The food is delicious, delivered quickly and great value. The staff are efficient too. I recommend the fish and chips, fish finger sandwich and the wild mushrooms on toast.
We had a lovely meal at the Olive Branch, the food was really enjoyable and the service was super attentive. They’re really dog friendly and made us feel super welcome, can’t really fault it. Lovely pub would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

What a gorgeous pub! Loved the decor and the ambiance. Having a separate coffee/food bar to the drinks bar is such an inspired idea. Having bought drinks we spent 15 minutes at our spacious round table (No 34) trying g to decide on an extensive menu. Eventually after three changes of mind by him
Had lunch here. The food was lovely but the portions weren't that big. Would definitely return.
Best steak pie and mash ever. Wednesday evening at 7pm. Busy and small car park but 2 or 3 slots. Busy in the garden, but again plenty of room. We were pressed for time but the 20 minute wait was as stated so fine.
Not many staff and self-help, such as order via an App or at the bar. Collect
Lively pub, great location. Food is very tasty, and even on a busy night, service is still excellent & quick !
The food tasted amazing. However it took a LOT of time to get the food we ordered, I asked for fries and they never came, I exchanged them for a dessert and they apologized for the mix up. The pub has different vibes depending on where you sit but is pretty cute in general.
These guys were great. They dealt with a massive group of us really well at short notice. The servers and kitchen staff did a fantastic job of accommodating all of us and we really appreciated the way they handled our rabble!

We were staying at sister hotel 1777 close by so we had dinner and breakfast.
Lovely warm evening and outside area was wonderful. The vegie selection on the menu was good and the fish I had, hake, was excellent.
Breakfast was superb due to the food and great friendly service.

A delightful pub easy to access with ample car parking space. Sat outside with my kids in the lovely garden and enjoyed a really generous serving of fish and chips. It was a visit made even better by the friendly and attentive staff.
Really enjoyable experience, a nice choice of vegetarian options, the waitress, Scout, was really lovely. All round good time. They were fully booked but didn't make us feel pushed out or rushed when they had to release the table.

Second time visiting and having a lovely meal in the marquee. So lovely in there and well done for all your efforts. Beautiful surroundings and would be great if you can get to keep the marquee going after lockdown. Highly recommend it.
