24 min wait to get served cold food. If I wanted cold food I would have went next door to Walmart and bought sandwhich meat and bread.. Btw where's the meat? This was suppose to be extra meat?? Annnnd don't even get me started on the hard dried cold refried beans. I fully understand being short staffed over worked is still a thing but come on now!

Taco Bell in Winchester, Ky; I just had the best tacos from this establishment that I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Good and hot. Only problem at all was that the Mexican Pizza wasn't cut but maybe that's something that's not done anymore?

I just want to say for fast food taco bell is one of my favorites, but here lately every time I get it I'm always food that's missing or messed up. Like tonight, I pulled to the side to check my food so I don't hold up the line, and my daughters beefy is missing, no big deal go to the door its locked but they ask what I need and I explain to them about the missing item. They say okay and I wait. 5 minutes later they come out and say I have to go through the drive thru again. By this time it was wrapped around the building. I was upset but I guess it's there policy idk. So anyway I wait back in line, I get the beefy and then when I get home I go to eat my food and I ordered easy lettuce. I can't say they didn't do that because there was 3 pieces on there. All of this combine tonight got under my skin. I gave 2 stars because the employee's are polite and my love for the actual taste of the food when it's prepared correctly and quickly.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Every order I’ve had from there is wrong. Don’t go inside cause there’s always drug deals happening especially late at night. There’s no menu when you walk in. We've ate here several times and everyone is friendly. Food is great. They forgot part of our meals but wasn't a big deal when dining in.

Google is pretty funny. They say I'm a good reviewer of Mexican restaurants so...the ambiance was a little purple, the service really rang a bell and the food was the best in a 1 mile radius.

Always fresh food but the line is ridiculous 10 times worse at night. Other than that it's a great place to order from even offers deliver via doordash

I would strongly suggest not going inside if you want your food before next Thursday haha. It's fast food you can't ask for too much...but being fast is in the name, and they can't provide that if you aren't in the drive thru.
