The Bell Inn - Winchester - Photo album

Nice local, with interesting locals. Smallish carpark, but certainly room for 12+ cars. Friendly and welcoming staff and reasonably priced beers for Winchester. Very popular beer garden and highly supported Sunday Lunch. Quirky and well worth a visit.
A very nice unpretentious pub. Good for lunch.Good comfort food. Good beer. Clean modern toilets. A place to go to if you are visiting the nearby attraction.
Friendly pub on outskirts of Winchester. Well supported by locals, always a good sign. We called in partway through our walk along a stretch of the River Itchen, just for a quick drink inthe garden. Turned into 2 rounds and portions of chips with fabulously tasty gravy. We will be back for a roast!
We had drinks and comfort break here on the way to Cornwall.. They have a beer garden. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Popped in after a walk along the river and had a brilliant Sunday roast. Good sized portion, well cooked with lots of veg, roasties and a homemade Yorke. Plenty of pork crackling and gravy. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Highly recommended little gem.
Popped in for a couple of drinks for the family, was pleased to have friendly service with a bouncy castle for the kid. Overall I would recommend this pub
The Bell Inn is your typical English pub, which is great. In a sea of chain bars and gastropubs the tradition British pub is becoming a rarity and The Bell Inn has a consistent group of regulars with a nice family friendly vibe to the place. There is a good range of tradition pub grub with a friend
All the staff are very good and very hospitable Hanna Emma Lynn and any other members of staff make a good team and seem like they really enjoy there job well done to all in the Winchester at cross Bell pub restaurant best wishes Johnny 👌
Lovely little pub with a charming beer garden and fine bitter.
Beautiful little family friendly pub on the edge of Winchester. I was lucky enough to get a great sunny warmish day in October so made use of the beer garden. There is a children's playing area at the back and good parking grounds. The food was great and there is a decent choice of beers and ales.
Lovely atmosphere. Great staff. Seating mainly for eating though.
Nice little pub. We had the ploughman's whi h was very nice indeed
Lovely garden. Great for drinks and a catch up, on a sunny, Sunday afternoon.
We called just for a quick drink,. We were served quickly, three drinks £21.70, a bit pricey. But a lively place. We will call back soon and try the food. Good parking and an outdoor beer garden.
Popped in for Sunday roast. Staff pleasant and engaging. Roast beef and Pork were good. Selection of veg was very good and ample portions in side dishes . Good choice of lagers. Clean and tidy premises with pleasant garden. Looked like dogs and children welcome.
