Booths is a lesser-known Northern supermarket chain. If you come to Cumbria and want some high quality, interesting supplies for your rented cottage, Booths is for you. Lots of appealing local produce, well displayed. You can get a loyalty card too, but only an old fashioned physical one. Iād hoped
Great supermarket just don't buy their meal deal mains. They're pretty average.
Everything else about it is fantastic, especially the atmosphere of the supermarket - It's an absolute pleasure to shop in. They also have a great home brand which I couldn't recommend more.
1st I'd like to thank Booths for their pleasant shopping and cafe experience by being a totally music/radio free zone!! Its so rare now and its a huge relief. Please can you include more gluten free cakes and pastries in the cafe? You have 18+ cakes and pastries, the latter baked in store, but not 1
Booths Windermere branch is the best I have been to. Also the Rafi's Spice store within booths the two men who served us we extremely professional.
Will make it a another trip to revisit.
Looks small but expands as you get in. Again, great selection especially for the location right next to the interchange - good for popping in and out as meal deal/ready meals are right by the door.
Good local supermarket! Not bad prices! Would have been 5 star had there been more gluten free choice( a medical necessity) and less of dietary fad foods!!
Excellent supermarket with food and dry goods well displayed. The fresh food choice is limited but Booth's own lines are great quality. Recommended.

Wish there was a Booths near me in scotland. Fabulous quality produce , helpful staff.....everything you need for a cottage or camping holiday....even had my favourite tea, .....and the deli counter .....well !!!!

Upmarket supermarket with emphasis on local produce. In other aspects, there is a smaller selection of options. It is the biggest supermarket in Windermere. There is plenty of onsite parking. It's not the cheapest compared to the major chains.

Many foodstuffs with a good price, many products cheap...Bread is cheap and lots of variety...Steak is large and cheap(looks tasteful , want to buy but no cooking pan !!) ...
