Spoleto Italian

Excellent food. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will visit again soon. Organic salads. Update...have visited multiple times since my original review and have become disappointed. The last two times have been within an hour of closing and they had already put the food up or had started the process leaving us feeling like we are putting them out to serve us. One of the times we left because we felt like they didn't want us there. Second update...service was too slow on my last couple of visits but the food was still great. The slow service was easily preventable as there were employees doing random tasks in the dining room instead of helping guests. Hopefully they will get the management dialed in soon as all of these issues are correctable. The excellent food still outweighs the service to me for now so I will keep giving them a try.

I was extremely disappointed. Talk about judging book by its cover. Nice cover, lousy read. The food looked just as bland as it tasted. To start, ordered food, called and the guys quickly says cannot order over phone and says on the website. call ended with no goodbye or anything. i had to research where to order on the website. Once i ordered through doordash, my employee went to pick up the food and they told him that he had no order. he gave my name, address n had the Credit Card i used with him. and they still said. the food was ready at that time. he drove 10 minutes back to tell me this. I called and they said they had no order for me. I told them what doordash said AND read my order. He finally realizes and says my name and my food ready. well it was ready about 20 minutes ago when my employee went up there. The next debacle was when we got it i ordered artisan bread with 2 of my fet alfredos- no bread. I decided thats okay. My coworkers Spicy Rose looks dry dry dry. my chicken and veg alfredo looked wet. Just wet. I ate it and the sauce had no flavor, because there is no alfredo sauce. i was eating oily noodle water with the seasons of the chicken in it. The veggies were almost not there. no peas or carrots. THe extra veggies i paid for were the best part. I shouldve ordered a salad.

A nice place to come for pasta, especially with young kids. The meals are prepared quickly and right in front of you. You can create your own pasta dish, which is always going to be a hit with kids. I particularly like that they have chicken broth as a pasta sauce option because my two year old is such a messy eater. It's nice not to have to worry about getting tomato sauce stains out of her clothes.

I ordered through Uber eats. The food was ready fast but overpriced for what it is. The side salad I received was severely lacking for $4.40. lol. $4.40 for a salad smaller than a computer mouse. I had the make your own pasta too that was just ok. The meatball was fine. I added bacon and broccoli. Minimal broccoli. No bacon that I identified. Asked for parmesan cheese and red pepper couldn't taste it. Overall it was a good sized portion but just ok for flavor and execution

Another great visit to Spoleto! This is the ravioli with pesto and alfredo that my dad enjoyed. I had spaghetti with marinara and alfredo, but I got too excited and dug in as soon as I sat down. Once I started eating, there was no stopping me. Delicious food, outstanding service, and exceptionally clean facilities. The general manager, Jess, was awesome and made sure to speak with us and ask about our experience. I will definitely be going back.

Disappointed in the overall food quality. We went here for the first time today and tried various pasta dishes. Food was prepared while we stood in line and was cold. Fettuccine Alfredo lacked flavor and quality. One star for the staff that was helpful. Food needs to be warmer, more authentic, and cooked well. The pricing was high for the quality they delivered. The fresh ingredients were appealing but the lack of flavor was disappointing.
