We were lucky apparently to be there the night the new menu went into effect. Tapas and entrees available. Our party of five thoroughly enjoyed both. Fantastic monkfish, Liver pate, Tiger shrimp, and goat cheese. Don’t get the cob corn. Chicken Kiev was incredible!! Artichoke seemed small for price. Salads were tasty but not big enough and oddly mediocre. Presentation was nice. Prices were reasonable for the food overall. The ambience is charming, and service was wonderful and very attentive.
We would all definitely go back. Monkfish and chicken Kiev were highlights.

This place was absolutely amazing. We came for dinner since it looked very inviting from the outside. The staff was very friendly and sat us immediately. Our server asked if we had been there before and when we said no he guided us through the menu and gave us a lot of recommendations. The food was gorgeously plated and had great flavor. My fiancee has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way to show us all the options that would be good for her. After dinner they invited us to come the next day for afternoon tea and said if we made a reservation they would make all gluten free items for my fiancee. We made the reservation and came back for tea the next day. The sandwiches and scones were extremely fresh and the gluten free items they made my fiancee were amazing! Well done and we will be back next time we come to Windsor!

Amazing food and great service. The puddings were great with the Eton mess being a favourite. The burger was good and everyone else in my family loved it. Would 100% recommend.

What a beautiful place! The ambience is just amazing! The food was ok, small portion, the service... Let's just say they were pretty busy. Overall, a good place if you are visiting Windsor.

Nice place with friendly service. Right beside Windsor castle. You can feed the ducks and swans and visit the castle before having lunch or supper here. The place is cozy with warm decoration. There are rooms/sections rather than an wide open seating, which makes it more comfortable. The food ia delicious. They have a kids menu as well. The lunch menu is reduced but still good variety of food. If you are in Windsor definetely try.

My second visit here. Highly recommended if you are in the neighbourhood. Good quality decent sized dishes and friendly service.
Small cosy atmosphere.
Child friendly with children's menu and chalk board tables. But no baby changing area and you have to climb up narrow stairs for the loos

This place isn't too cheap but the food here is pretty good. Pub has a nice vibe about it and is well decorated inside. It's quite popular as a dinner place for business travellers in small and medium sized groups so better to reserve a table as early as possible. Service is very friendly and professional. Portions are quite big but this is also reflected in the prices. Most things on the menu sounded really good!

Lovely staff and delicious roast dinner. We had to delay our booking twice as i was coming from a marathon, but the staff were super helpful and understanding despite Sundays being so busy.

We were a group of 20 for Sunday lunch with little ones running around. We were looked after by Justine who was an absolute star, couldn't do enough for us, was really friendly and handled the chaos brilliantly even when we were ordering drinks every 2min and she had toddlers at her feet. Food was excellent too, thank you!

We went in expecting to order fish and chips, but their Sunday lunch menu was different than expected so watch for that if you’re trying to plan ahead. On that note, we ordered the Sunday roast for 4. This was so delicious!!! It was truly a Sunday feast. The staff was so polite and quick to service. Also available to ask questions.

Very accommodating, and food was lovely. A bit cramped whilst waiting for our table, but we overlooked this as we were already sampling the cocktails on offer (very nice espresso martini). Thankyou for a great family meal. Accessibility could be a bit better (but I know it's an old building) - had two older ladies with us who found the steps up and down the main room a bit of a worry, and all the stairs up to the toilet (although I believe they were pointed in the direction of some on the ground floor in the end).

We had a lovely meal last night, it was the first time we had been to the restaurant and found it to be a lovely place. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.

When can a tart be better than a tiara? At the Bel and the Dragon! My husband and I ate here as part of our weekend in Windsor (Full review on my blog and YouTube channel. Search Sunny in London). He had the Sunday Lunch and loved it. The presentation of each dish was superb. Our starters, main courses and tart were unbelievable. See my photos to get an idea...

Great food, good prices, right in the heart of Windsor. Try the sticky toffee pudding, it's to die for.
