The Royal Windsor Pub - Windsor - Photo album

Sunny greeted us with a big smile, which set the scene for a lovely relaxing lunch. We are light eaters, so shared the steak sandwich (which comes with fries on the side) plus a "hog sausage roll", both of which were absolutely delicious. This was easily enough for two, but there were plenty of ma
We walked by this restaurant on our way to the Windsor tour and knew we wanted to come back for dinner! We did and had a great time. The atmosphere is amazing, just below the castle away from the busier streets. The food was good the atmosphere and ambiance were amazing, we enjoyed our time!
This is an excellent pub - we really enjoyed our meal here :) . The food was amazing, being very tasty and filling. There was a good amount of variety available, and dietry requirements are very easily adapted to. The reason why this section isn't a "5" is due to a lack of ingredients (ie: no vegan
The staff were able to seat our party of 16 indoors and they also helped us/let us put tables and chairs together. It was also so easy that all we had to do was order food and drinks at the bar and not worry about paying separately. The bartenders and associates were kind, friendly, and helpful. Foo
A great place to stop during your visit to Windsor. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the outdoor seating was enjoyable on a warm day. The Sunday menu is quite limited (no chicken roast or fish) but the beef roast overall was a nice dish. The carrots and potatoes needed a bit more time c
Love this pub. The bar staff are always super attentive and polite, and they remember you from last time. πŸ˜… nice little beer garden, great on a sunny afternoon 😎
First off the server Hannah(?) Was amazing!! She went out of her way to try to make our meal pleasant. Daniel was really apologetic as well. My sister got the chicken kabobs and the chicken was very very tough, but the sauce and veggies had a superb flavor. I had fish and chips and it was a HUGE
Wonderful pub with the best views in town over Windsor Castle. We were served by Sunny, he was very attentive and helpful, the food arrived very fast. Food itself tasted divine, a big difference to my local pubs in London. We will be back next time we are in Windsor!
We came across this lovely historic pub whilst the doggos and I wandered around Windsor town centre. It's a genuinely quaint English pub that has levelled up but is also properly welcoming to well-behaved dogs. It's run by the charming Sunny and his incredibly attentive team. The menu offers reall
Love this small, typically English town. There are plenty of good restaurants and Windsor Castle of course. I went there for a hike and except great surroundings, beautiful weather we also were very lucky to see many deers and moses. I absolutely loved it and will be coming back in spring.
Food was great good service and dog friendly πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ˜Š
Lovely spot to come for a drink and bite before or after visiting Windsor Castle. We had the chicken and bacon pot pie, and it was delicious! They have a really good selection of beers (on tap & in bottle). The decor is so cute, I just loved sitting in here! It’s also dog-friendly and even has a men
We had a spectacular lunch here. Great service and nice wine. Definitely recommend
An amazing pub with a gorgeous view! Came here for some pre-wedding celebrations and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating! Booking a table for 10+ people was super easy and they made sure we had a lovely table! All staff members were kind + friendly and the manager especially took great
This cozy pub and restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful desserts. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Do yourself a favor and visit. The service is unmatched. The staff t
A must stop over when visiting Royal Windsor, for a nice pub meal and a drink or a delicious desert. Sunny made the guest experience very pleasant, on a rainy evening when my train got canceled on the way home to London.
It was a really easy atmosphere, I was here during the summers day. Value is typical for Windsor, food certainly tasted good. Spacious, easy access to toilets. Small but nice beers garden / outside eating area . Food served in a timely manner and fair sized portion. I would visit again
