Decent creams spot, staff were lovely except one lady. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or regular staff but she was so rude and aggressive towards staff for no reason and it’s insane to do that but especially in front of customers! She needs to get a grip of herself asap (Blonde and Middle aged with glasses :/)
Would return if she wasn’t working, her energy is pure nasty.

We ordered couple of signature dishes, and they were superb, very nicely prepared, fresh cut fruits, enough chocolate and meal-size.
One dish fills one tummy if you aren't very hungry :-)
Though we had to wait a little longer this time, and they upfront told when they brought it on the table - appreciated.
Only improvement - they don't clean the tables with wipes when a customer leaves, instead just remove plates - bit less hygienic, thus going for 4 stars.
But food-wise: very nice, as always.

I have been to this shop no less than twenty times, and the waffles they make are just perfectly cooked and taste fantastic. However, there has always been an issue with water stains on the utensils, and the latest visit was even worse, as they were covered in dried chocolate. I understand that syrup sticking to the utensils can be challenging to clean, but have they considered any solutions? For example, soaking them in hot water? Nevertheless, no matter what, I will come again next time because the taste is excellent.

Actually a really nice place to just catch your breath. The gelato is affordable and hits the spot in a sunny day. The atmosphere is just slightly cold.

Lovely. Kids just loved it. We ordered two types of gelato. Strawberry and Oreo ones and both are amazing. We also ordered the Waffles with Amalfi Lemon gelato with coconut shavings. This is our first time ordering this and should say we were blown away with the quality and taste. Just delicious!!

What a terrific place to get your sugar fix! We celebrated my loves birthday with the best waffles and gelato! The restaurant has a very cool decor and the service was quick and friendly. We were all impressed with the large selection of treats and had a hard time choosing. There is definitely something for everyone! The average price seemed to be about 8 pounds and the serving sizes were big. We loved it!

What can I say?? This place is amazing! Read some of the negatives and compared to our visit they must be of a different place.....
Once shown to our table we were asked about allergies to which we said both our boys are allergic to nuts. We were then helped by the owner who overheard us asking. She had only popped in as it was her birthday! Comprehensive advice and very helpful and friendly.
She put one person in charge of our order (very helpful polite young man) who double checked all the allergy info and delivered our order and made a special trip to get a wafer as they had run out on the counter. He even brought us the remainder of the milkshake from our little ones so it didn't go to waste!!
Staff are a credit to the owner.

One of my favorite dessert places in UK. This one is in Windsor. We went a bit crazy ordering dessert here Saturday night. Apple custard waffle, nutella crepe, nutella waffle and lemon crepe all with ice cream. Service was excellent. Delicious ending to our day!

So l sat with friends to have some icecream ... there was a lot of choice in the menu with waffles and pancakes too... icecream flavours were very varied... l was pleased they had my favourites( coffee and hazelnut) not easy to find in uk ... the staff was very friendly and attentive ...overall a nice experience except windsor is full of bees everywhere in summer 🤣🐝 ....

Been here a few times now when I come down and visit family, today I came in and the girl said eat in or take out so we said eat in, taken to the table which we had a baby in the pram she didn't even ask if we wanted a high chair so we had to go find where they were and bring it to the table. We ordered and when our orders were brought over the girl didn't even say "I've got a waffle here" etc... She just dumped the plate at the end of the table and walked away, same again with the next plate. Yes I am sat at the other side of the table which you could have passed the plate over to me when you confirmed who's it was ( which you also failed to do) instead I had to reach over everyone to get it myself. This is really poor customer service and totally puts me off returning.

The customer service at creams is super good! The staff are all lovely and friendly and makes you feel really welcome, even when you turn up near closing time and they secretly want you gone so they can go home earlier!! Would highly recommend x

Brilliant night had at Creams for a 14th bday. Desserts were delicious and the staff extremely helpful. They all sang happy birthday and allowed us to put candles in a pudding � Will definitely return as the atmosphere was very family oriented.

I ordered a crepe from creams and it came with Mr whippy ice cream, which I have been told to avoid while pregnant due to listeriosis. I asked them if they could swap the Mr whippy for one scoop of vanilla ice cream for this reason and about 5 members of staff started to shout across the restaurant that I couldn't do that and that I had to have it as it comes or pay an extra £1.50 on top of the £5.50! I was reluctantly given a refund, but it's safe to say that I found them rude and lacking in customer service!

Well first time here in Windsor, cannot fault the staff, one young lad was very patient and extremely helpful with the boys and choosing there flavoured ice cream. Only thing I was a little disappointed with was having to wait 15 mins after boys got there desert. I only ordered Mocha coffee with cinnamon. I overlooked this as i got an apology for the delay, and biys were happy and I had some chill time.

Currently still sitting in Cremes 7/4/2018 at 5pm and have had an amazing experience. It’s obviously a sunny day and they were extremely busy, with a queue out the door the entire time we have been here. Yet the women at the front, showing people to there seats, was so lovely and connecting with every single customer. The lady at the till was lovely too, getting through the customers at a fast pace yet making every customer feel great! Our crepe, ice cream, espresso and two slushies were to our table within 5-10 mins of ordering and were, still of a high standard. AMAZING! Whoever the manager is they should be super proud of there team. amazing service!
