Excellent customer service. I was able to reach them by phone and communicate via email promptly. I called in from the Toronto area to place an order for a birthday cake for a friend who is new to Windsor. The cake was delivered on time. The Birthday girl said it was so light and perfectly sweetened. Thank you Cakes Etc.

I am fairly new to Windsor and am very glad I found Cakes Etc. They did a Wonderful job, making a cake that went beyond my expectations in both taste and “decorativeness”. They added all sorts of great decorations even though my reply to their questions re hobbies etc. of the recipient was scant. For what they provided I thought the cost was extremely good.

They made up a "horse" cake from a picture that I sent to them.....magnificent. Not only did the cake look amazing, but it was moist and delicious. Ready in three days as well. Thanks ladies!!

The two ladies that run this place are absolutely fantastic, always willing to help you with any cake and baking dilemmas. They have everything you need to make your cakes from pans to decorations, boards and boxes.
