Doubledecker fastfood. Very nice atmosphere with more than 100 flavours of drinks. Huge fries and tasty milkshakes. I do recommend it.
I came into the store today and jt was very clean. I was immediately greeted by Younis and he assisted me in ordering my food and it came in a relatively quicker time as normally it takes longer . The food was very good and made to a high standard
BEST BURGERS EVER!. Me & my partner come here every week!. We love the tasty food and the excellent customer service!. A employee called 'denish' is always so lovely when we come in. Always so keen to help us and puts a smile on our face!. We love coming here for the food and to see the happy employees! BIG thumbs up Windsor five guys! 👍
Just eaten here for first time. Burgers were amazing, and the strawberry milkshake was another level. However the service from one of the employees was the standout part. Didn’t quite catch his name but think it sounded like Unik (had a thin beard on his jawline) so friendly and enthusiastic you would have thought he owned Five Guys, and he seemed genuinely interested if I’d liked what I’d ordered. 100% going back.
Best fast food burgers, bar none. Fresh ingredients all cooked to order. Limited menu but done very well. Could do with more seating and some heating! Unlimited soft drink refills.
Very friendly staff. I bit expensive burgers but they are really tasty. Love the extra bit of chips in the bag 😀
Younis assisted with my order , he took time explaining the menu and listened very carefully to what I would like to order. I had an allergy and he made sure the food was safe to eat. However the fries were cold, and younus happily changed for me to my satisfaction
I popped into five guys for a nice lunch with my family early today. I was greeted by a young man called denesh who served me at the till with exceptional customer service. He also guided me on the wheelchair accessibility for my son and this made us all feel very welcome and equal. Definitely will come back here i recommend five guys windsor for a nice lunch for your family.
First time at a Five Guys and was served by Shamia, she explained how it works and then helped me in choosing the best toppings which resulted in the best hot/chilli burger I have had.
I had heard that this place is expensive but the taste was amazing, plus it was a well constructed burger which held together until the last bite.
The size of the portion of fries is too large and as I am not really into fries, I will make do without next time.
I will return!!
