Boston Pizza

I just want to take a moment to thank all the staff at Boston Pizza for making our evening memorable. We were greeted by a very friendly host and seated shortly after, the atmosphere was warm, clean and friendly. Also the background music wasn't overly loud so that we were able to talk with ease and not raise our voices. Our server, Jessi was very polite and friendly and took our drink orders immediately and also giving us plenty of time to look over their menu to make a dinner choice. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy but we didn't feel rushed at all. The Manager came over and introduced himself. Scott the manager was friendly and very professional. We could see even though the restaurant was busy he was taking the time to meet and talk with his patrons. I can't say enough about just how amazing the staff is and how delicious and filling the food was, they made it to order and it was perfect! The chefs really know how to make food taste and look so fantastic! As we were about to leave and the Manager saw that I was having some difficulty walking and offered me some assistance and thanked us for coming. Thank you for your kindness. I want to also mention that there was plenty of handicap parking right by the entrance and that the path to the entrance was well cleared from snow with traction grip. It really speaks to the excellent care and maintenance given by the staff of this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant and I look forward to our next visit to Boston Pizza at 690 St. James. It was a pleasure to eat at that restaurant!!

Obviously their food is good. But we were there with 6 people. They took our order and then they brought some of our food. So we waited and then i asked like 30 min later when my burger and fries would come. And they totally forgot about it. So definately will not be going back here. Very unprofessional. Very dissapointing when your hungry and you order and i doesnt come.

Came for lunch on March 28th. There was a bit of a wait which I didn't mind at all. Once we were seated we waited a substantial time before a server tended to us. Food came, we ate then sat again for a very long time without anyone checking on us. At one point the male manager grabbed our plates that I stacked on the edge and said absolutely nothing. No table check, nothing. Our total time there to eat a sandwich and kids meal was over 2 hours and most of that was waiting.
