I used to love love love Second Cup. But I dunno what’s happened in the past couple years but literally every single time I’ve ordered a latte, it’s weak as hell in flavour! Clearly not using a dark roast and skimping on the grind and not pressing it tight prior to drip. As a coffee fanatic, I know they are clearly cutting corners to reduce their costs and willingly giving substandard product to customers. I’m fed up with having to ask for my espresso to be made properly. Only time I got it with any flavour was when I ordered on Uber Eats and left instructions on using dark roast and to properly pack the grounds before drip. So disappointing. Customers should never have to specifically request for a coffee to be made correctly.

Won’t even offer a complimentary plain bagel on a birthday, even when asked they simply say no. Even Starbucks celebrates their customers bdays. Very disappointing, will use someone else next time.

Rude service, kept letting people cut me even though they could see I was standing there waiting. Had to eventually just walk away without ordering. Starbucks it is from now on, better coffee and service.

The service here is awesome I have to commend them for always being so positive and having such a great worth ethic as it's hard to deal with cranky people in the morning who haven't had their caffeine does yet. Good on you guys for being positive always and it's always a pleasure to get served by you guys!

Ordered a coconut milk flat white; it was extremely hot and very bitter. I'm not sure if a thermometer was used but I feel like it was overheated and was also lacking any kind of microfoam consistently.

I really love second cup, ita honestly way better then starbucks and I wish they would have more around the city, but I wish they would oay a little more attention to their online app orders, I get sometimes you get busy and forget but its everytime I get there and they don't even know they had a mobile order
