A&w Restaurant

I literally ordered 2 mama burgers...waited 10-15 minutes while watching the drive through with a bunch of cars come and go and other people walk up and order and ALL got their food before me. No sorry for the wait or anything showing that they're sorry for making me wait along with putting onions that i asked to not have on my burgers...just horrible service....A&W, DO BETTER!

Ordered apple turn overs for dessert. None were ready, but they didn’t tell me that. Asked me to pull over. Okay, waited 10 minutes only to have them bring out door for 2 other vehicles and give me mine 3rd. You need to tell the customer BEFORE they pay that their will be a wait. I was late for where I was going. Absolutely ridiculous

Just picked up a teen burger and fries from tHe A&W on Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg. The fries were cold and the tee burger was absolutely disgusting. Bun was soggy , lettuce looked it had been picked off the floor , the tomato was practically nonexistent . I will never order from them again. The quality of food is certainly not up to the standards I have experienced at other outlets.it was obvious that my order was not freshly made as it took a total of about. 2 minutes to get it from order time to when I received it at the take out window. Food for thought to anyone else thinking of patronizing this location.

The food was fresh but the person cooking was not familiar with their products. Two teenburgers were ordered. One had a thick patty and cheese. The other has two thick patties and a pickle and cheese. Not sure what burgers they were aiming for. Both were a long way away from what a teenburger is

No rush, small order, yet they forget the straw and sauce packets. Cool i guess. In my order was two bacon sandwiches, they didn't put the protein on one of the sandwiches. Goodluck They tell you something will take 3 min or 5min, then you order it. All of a sudden it's a longer wait, they also don't know the English dialect properly, be prepared to pay for stuff you didn't ask for.
