Happy Lemon

Lots of flavours and combinations to choose from it was a little overwhelming! It was my first time visiting this location while visiting family and friends in Winnipeg. Overall, it was a good visit and my tofu sesame drink tasted good! They were also open late, lots of parking available, looks to be mobility device accessible, as there was room to move around inside, no change tables in the bathroom so just be mindful of that. However, there is a curb out front so mobility devices and wheelchairs would need to have a ramp to get into the restaurant and surrounding stores. Would recommend visiting to anyone!

Incredibly fast service and the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Ordered the hot pearl milk tea with 50% sugar (most basic option with pearls). The sauce was creamy and sweet… 50% is the perfect amount! Pearls were the softest, gummiest ever! Much better than even Chatime, my usual go to. Will definitely be returning to try the wide variety of beverages offered here. Also appreciated the extra large size for sharing. It’s comically large, lol. Rewards program could be better as it’s just a stamp card system and you need to buy ten drinks for a free one. Overall, Happy Lemon is a sweet treat! Best bubble tea I’ve found in the city!

*update I came back. Got the Jasmine wth salted cheese foam hot. It's good. Their servers need to pay more attention because we did get an entirely wrong drink order. They did correct it immediately, but had they been busier it might have been a problem. Having trouble with deciding on this rating. It's between a 4-5 right now. Unfortunately no 4.5 . I settled on a 4 because I'm unsure. If I find I crave it the way I did with my favorite bubble tea place (we ended up going back multiple times within a short period of time) i will upgrade the star rating. There are a few things I really loved about this place... Like the parking. My favorite place has bad parking options in comparison. One issue we had was there was no options without tea? I know this is a bubble tea place but having the wintermelon option would be great. Friend who doesn't love tea didn't have anything he could order. He ordered a drink but ultimately didn't like it. Correction** they told us the chocolate series doesn't have caffeine. This is a chain so I don't think they will make any adjustments if it isn't within its corporate guidelines. Their cream cheese foam is more similar to what I had in Vancouver. The boba has a good consistency. Pricing seemed in line with other places. Our large drinks were $5.50
