We were passing through en route home from Wales and were talking about a quick snack. Spotted this chippy (never having been in area before) and decided to get Haddock, chips and curry sauce. Great service and even a choice of curry sauce! Fish and chips (generous helping) were very tasty. Full marks guys: pity we live 80 miles away or we'd be calling in again soon!

Has changed since my last review 3 years ago. It's really nice now! The chippy boxes are our favourites.

Admittedly it has been a while since we have had fish and chips (permanent diet)... However, I felt it only fair to compliment you on the fish and chips! Not only were the portions above expectations, neither were greasy and the batter lovely and crispy! Delivery was great and all the food was hot.. thank you and we will be back!!
Ordered for the first time from here as just moved to winsford and a lovely meal it was, had donner meat with salad, meat was lovely and tasty and salad was fresh, we also had a portion of chips and they were lovely too, will defiantly be going back again
Fish, chips & mushy peas…..I’d say, the best in Winsford, & possibly surrounding areas. A bit pricey, about £1.70 more than it used to be, but still….the lads are great, & your order quickly dealt with.
Good fish and chips. I would have given it a five star rating but they were a bit rushed so didn't let the fish drain properly before wrapping it up in paper. The fish was hot when i got home but was greasy and stuck to the paper. Still good but could've been much better. Will try again and hopefully will be able to give a five star rating.

Very impressed, we’ve always the chippy further down but never again, followed great reviews and did not disappoint , superb fish , nice chips , curry , gravy and peas all in good quantities delivered in 35 mins, fantastic👌
Changing my previous review as I tried the cheshire fish bar again and they did not disappoint, lovely chips the battered cod is nice and crispy. One of the best in winsford by far and super quick delivery
Friendly staff and good was good... fish and chips at least. The chicken left a lot to be desired. Very over cooked and over seasoned. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
The fish here are large with 3 good options cod plaice and haddock and very tasty
I had a bad experience the first time I went here but since the food has been really good so I think the first time was just a one off bad night. All in all pretty good quality
