I live in Australia and miss British chip shops like you wouldn’t believe - this place was so so good. Perfect chips, lovely fish and the guys in there clearly all have good hearts. Good food is worth waiting for ❤️💙🤍 🇬🇧 🐠
Best cod in witham! Used click and collect and food was ready at the exact time they said. Prices are decent abd guys cheery. Watch for the traffic wardens in the carpark opposite!

Every time my family and I have ordered from Tommy Tucker's fish and chip shop, we have been consistently blown away by the quality of their food. It is without a doubt the best chip shop in town. From the first bite to the last, our taste buds were treated to a culinary delight.

Always fry off the meat with the onions, adds flavour and gets rid of excess grease.
I'm not local but will grab a meal if I'm in the area.

This is a very popular place locally so generally this means you will east freshly cooked fish. The quality of Fish is usually good but I was disappointing with my plaice which was a small fish bulked up with a lot of batter - and greasy batter at that. The chips are proper chip shop chips and serve
Food was lovely, have tried kebabs, fish , sausage in batter, 1/4 pounder, never had a bad meal. Staff are friendly and surroundings clean .
