What a hidden gem this one is! Popped in with a friend for a chilled out drink, lovely bar staff could not have been more friendlier, great selection of lager, Stella on tap win, win for me. Drinks were very reasonably priced too - under £9 for 2 pints in 2023 is very good! Ordered a side of cheesy chips and food was piping hot and tasty. 100% will be back to visit this local again very soon. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Had a lovely meal Wednesday evening as normal at our local but the service wasn’t the usual standard we normally receive. The girl on duty was more interested in the children playing in front of the bar and what was on her phone then serving us, Such a shame as we always enjoy the food and normally receive lovely service from the girls on the bar. Hopefully will be better next time as we do like to support our local Pub every week.

The sharing platter came piping hot and the cider selection was good as well. The waitress has been very attentive. Well done.

It is the first time visiting this pub and it very welcoming with great food. They do 2 main dishes for £18 which is very good value. I had scampi and chips and it was spot on. I would definitely come here again and i recommend visiting.

I took my grandson there as this is one of those places that is quiet reasonable in price and close by. I have been there many times before. I have enjoyed the meals and they always taste better with a couple of pints of IPA.

Lovely little pub. Staff are super friendly, as are the locals that drink in there. Food is typical pub grub and really good value. Im really fussy with my food and haven't complained once, which is a record for me. It has an amazing play area for the kids during summer and dogs are welcomed.
Definitely would recommend.

Lovely food, great atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Reasonable prices. Pool table and great size garden. Only advice I’d give is make sure you book as it sometimes gets really busy.

We as a family were searching for a place to go to eat and with it being 5pm I rang and asked if we could have a table of 6 adults and 2 kids and we were booked in straight away.
We arrived and straight to our table and nothing was too much, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

This is my local pub and probably the fourth time I've been there since I moved to the village. Staff are always very friendly and the food is delicious. I'm looking forward to going in the summer to sit in the garden with a crisp cold glass of wine 😁

One of the best pubs I have been to in a long time. The regulars are so friendly and welcoming and the bar staff are amazing. Heather pulled us a pint and had a chat and the staff all made us feel so welcome. First time of visiting but will now be back. Food is amazing aswell. If you haven't been before please do. Also dog friendly our little girl loved it. 5 star service with a smile thanks guys
