As an Aussie and Kiwi who were passing through on our way to London, we were keen to find a pub for lunch so we could catch the Matildas vs Lionesses semifinal WWC. We ended up here and there was a big TV. We had walked in just after Sam Kerr scored her magnificent equaliser. Our accents were obvious and there was a friendly rivalry but everyone was a good sport. Beer and good egg omelettes softened the blow of England winning the game. All the best for the final!

Very good, typical pub food. Not amazing, but worth the money. Service is pub friendly and efficient. It's a very nice, spacious pub. Beef burger was good, as was the chicken pie.

Lovely homemade food. Was quiet when we went in. The staff are lovely. Friendly atmosphere. Bar is separate from where you eat so it's more quiet. Good value for money compared to some places.

What a lovely pub. We were in the area for a meeting and whilst waiting we thought to have a quick meal there in order to be near the place we had to be. We had no expectations. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment we opened the door, the regulars who were there having their cheeky pint at lunchtime were also very welcoming. The meal was delicious and very inexpensive but the best surprise was the desert. No one of the top restaurants we go to in London does their crumple as delicious as the one we had at The Red Lion. If we ever happened to be back that way, we will be going there for a meal again... We went in with no expectations and left amazed!

Im giving five stars to the staff, they did nothing but grind during the euros final. Truly appreciated and will definitely come back, great mixed crowd. Came to the final with my girlfriend and it was perfect, lads and couples put together nicely Once again, top graft from the staff

Came here to watch the game, amazing seats in front of the big screen, we were happy. Yet unexpectedly a platter of food came out including a special vegetarian meal for our party which is a rarity. For our experience, I could not recommend this pub more. We have been here before and it has been a good night but this time, we needed to share it. Thank you. An additional, free pint because England won, get in there!

First visit to this pub. All seemed ok. Outside tables need some repair. Other than that, I liked it.
