Ordered on my phone from my house in Braintree as we went to Witham Town fc, did the collection from the car and it was really good. We parked up and waited 1 or 2 mins to our pizzas being brought out to us and it was the best dominos I’ve ever had. Seriously reccomend the tandoori chicken topping. I used the £5.99 collection deal and it certainly did not disappoint

First time having Japanese dominos was pleasantly surprised at how different it was from the UK version. Arrived quickly and everything tasted great, if you fancy a desert the vanilla milkshake was fantastic.

Service recently has been appalling. Orders completely wrong. Orders mixed up so end up with someone else's. When you complain just get fobbed off. When offered a free pizza next time they won't provide you with a code usable online. Won't refund without serious arguments. Just so disappointing. They must be inundated with complaints as I know several people who have experienced similar issues and worse.

Very disappointed with my food tonight. Ordered a New Yorker without bacon and got it with the Mighty Meaty toppings which I don't eat and had to scrape off. Plus the pizza was only lukewarm and we'd gone to collect it straight after ordering. Not the best by any stretch of the imagination.

The most shocking customer service at the Witham branch tonight. Ordered food 1hr 45 mins ago and two calls to complain, first call told it was delivered then on warming rack and about to go, second call told out for delivery and then still on warming rack. Husband so fed up with lies has gone to collect, as it's apparently been on warming rack for over an hour now I'm not expecting good quality food. Suggest you look into customer service training for your poor staff.

Rubbish tonight. Pizza luke warm. Wrong chicken sent. Italian pizza brought with no rocket. Was offered replacement but we've finished eating before its turned up. Seriously what the hell domino's.

My friend ordered a pizza, it was delivered late and was incorrect. The replacement was ordered and took over an hour to come, only to find the order was still wrong!! Brought the issue up with the assistant manager who spoke to her with zero respect, a raised voice and constantly spoke over her. Worst customer service - wont be returning

We've been using Dominos for years and up until a few weeks back we'd never had a problem. The particular order I'm talking about took an age to arrive and was cold when it finally turned up. We thought that it was maybe just an 'off' night so decided to give you another chance.
Our order this evening arrived within an acceptable time frame, but again was cold. More important than that though was the presence of pineapple on a pepperoni and pepper pizza. My son is allergic to pineapple, (thankfully not dangerously so) which means he is now incredibly hot and itchy and I'm having to dose him up with antihistamines to make him feel better.
We used to love your pizzas but, after our last couple of experiences, I think we'll be going elsewhere in future. So disappointed.

Ridiculous ordered food as had moved to new house and realised that it had been 2 hrs since ordered and when u phoned they said that it was about to go in the oven, I said this is terrible service and I got well we are busy and was told I would get a full refund ! This was 2 weeks ago and no refund! Disgusting!!!

I too had an awful service last night! (26/11/16). Took almost two hours for home delivery. I had my whole family over waiting for dinner so was terribly embarrassing. Not happy at all, especially after paying £60 plus for our food. Rubbish service this time dominos.

I use this restaurant quite often. The food is excellent. Tonight the service was incredibly fast for home delivery. The food was hot and very tasty. Great work by the staff. I'm a very happy customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service!! Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to ring up and have the phone put down because there obviously out of excuses to why my food wasn't delivered.
