I got the Large Cod and my misses got the regular haddock. The hadock was softer and the cod was a little harder. I gave 4 stars as tbr curry sauce was exceptional. Also the portion was a good size. The flavour of the fish batter was great. Service was not satisfactory, I had to ask for the table t
We asked for large haddock with chips and curry twice in the seating area. It was less than 10 minutes, fast, tasted really good, fresh. Also latte and bottle of coca cola. This cost just over £20 which represents excellent value. Thank you very much. Very friendly staff. Clean toilet facilities. Ca
Gorgeous fresh fish and chips (haddock for me!) Reasonably priced, plenty of other options available including patties (unique to Hull) loads of drinks, sauces and of course chip spice available. Accessible loos and location of caf a short walk from sea dront. Amazing!
Friendly staff. Service was a little slow, but I know that can't always be helped. Portions were huge though, definitely value for money. And they did Spam fritters which I was happy about. Not many places do anymore.

Excellent fish and chips, with the skin taken off the fish.
Best fish and chips we've had in years. Great quality, good portions. Lightly battered haddock hit the mark, not too fatty. Excellent
Really nice food (they fry with veg oil, for anyone not wanting beef dripping). the fish and chips are stellar as is the Indian meals they make too (usually its one or the other). Very accommodating to our family needs, and attentive helpful staff.
Fab fish and chips at a really good price. Choice of cod or haddock. Staff very willing to please.
Had two fish specials off the board which was fish and chips plus a side, bread and butter and cup of tea. Great value for money. The eating area is very plain but it kept clean. Simply, it's a good stop.
Great little chip shop where can also eat in or take our. Friendly staff and good food . Reasonably priced too
Clean inside. Polite and friendly staff. Prices good for COL times. Beautiful food and my god the fish portions are huge. Curry sauce amazing!
Love this place fish is perfect pure white and chips are very fresh and prices are very reasonable and the sizes are superb after my meal I don't get a dessert has the meal is enough for me
First time trying here, had the fish and chips which was all cooked fresh and a good portion . Really enjoyed our food
Light batter, gently fried, white tender meaty cod. Very good chips, looked a little tired but weren't greasy or undercooked and had a decent crunch. Mushy peas had a real flavour, not bland as some chip shops serve them. Onion rings were decent. Hot chocolate was actually hot! So many places serve
