This place was recommended to us where bikers visit. We'r here on holiday. Very friendly staff, food was lovely. Wheelchair accessible, no toilets. Child's menu, eat in, out the front or round the back.
Freindly café on the sea front next to what was the castle like entrance to the old pier. Traditional café food, good value, freindly staff. We popped in for coffee and cake as the reviews said they had some but they didn't on the morning we visited. They apologised and said they usually have something so my wife had a chocolate bar instead. Nice coffee and my sponge cake was lovely.
Visited the Castle Cafe today.Friendly staff ,varied menu, situated just a stones throw away from the beach.seating inside and outside.Parking nearby.Wheelchair accessible. Behind cafe, seated area has tables with parasol and covered wooden outside booths.Toilets Nearby. We'll worth a visit.
Big group of us turned up on Sunday and staff handled our orders superbly, all were polite and efficient, food came out pronto and portions were generous.
I stopped here for some lunch while out working and.... OMG!! This cafe was amazing, the food was absolutely beautiful and the service is fantastic. 10/10 Go get your food here when you are on the area . 👍🏻
It was my first time there. I went with some friends. We are from different countries and we were visiting. We liked the 'backyard' atmosphere. So cosy and nice, even though the weather was typical English (raining and cloudy).
They have vegan options, which for me is a win!!! And the service and workers are amazing. I would totally recommend that you take a break :)
Proper cafe. Excellent breakfast with real fried bread.
This is the second time in the Cafe in a week and each the food and drinks have been excellent . The staff are great and cannot do enough for you .
If you come try the steak pie , it's to die for and from someone who made pies for a living this is a compliment .
Popped in a couple of times when on holiday in Withernsea. Good location right next to pier towers and mini kids funfair, 20 steps from the beach. Had a great pie, chips and peas for lunch , locally sourced . Handy for just a sit down and a cuppa too.
The best steak pie I've ever had. Crunchy pastry, incredible gravy with real meat in it, perfect peas and more steak than you would find in an actual steak! All served by cheerful staff in a friendly, clean setting with great value for money. We came as a family and also had kids nugget meals, cheeseburger and cheesy chips. They all loved it. The girls were delighted with their milkshakes as well. Unfortunately I was too full to try the delicious cakes but my wife had a slice of the salted caramel to go and said it was incredible.
It was a rainy, miserable day in Brid, but our visit to this café was the highlight of our day. Fully recommended.
