We didn't actually get the pizza because Uber Eats messed up our order and initial refused to refund however Charlie and Lee on the team were fantastic and ensured we got our refund. I hope someone at Papa Johns sees this review and the guys get the recognition for being an asset to the company.
Charlie is a credit to the company I placed the wrong order on just eat last night and he cancelled and reimburse me as ime in Manchester I then ordered from pappa johns down my sides..10/10 for my customer experience thankyou Chatlie.

Great tasting pizza and not greasy like some. We did order one of our pizzas to be traditional thin crust but we got a normal base. Not the end of the world and we can appreciate its busy on a Friday evening.
Only thing most of us did not like was the dip, it's more like a garlic butter than a sauc
I love their great taste of pizza, nice looks and always perfectly baked.
Best Quality and price.
Highly recommended to try once and can never be stopped.

Absoutely blows Dominos out of the water. You can tell on first bite that the ingredients are far better. Large pizza for 6.99 collected, or 8.99 for XXL is an amazing deal and it's always ready quickly. Great to have them in Haverhill
