Coming to Como has been a delightful experience. The meal was sublime, The staff were delightful, and the weather was to die for very much like the atmosphere you get at this restaurant. It is certainly worthy of the 5 star rating!!!

The food was nice and I recommend the pink lemonade. The lighting isn’t the best inside so it felt like a pub. Prefer the other ‘lounge’ cafes that I have been to.

What a fabulous place. A beautiful lounge ,bar and restaurant. The service was out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble. So so friendly. Info given regarding party bookings in full details. Luke our waiter was wonderful and so was the manager who provided the party details. Will certainly be visiting this lounge bar and restaurant a lot. Can't wait to go again.

The food was amazing here, however the lack of consistency in service let it down. The napkins we were given were dirty and the glasses were filthy and when we asked to replace them, it was over 5minutes and when we went to ask on the whereabouts of these, no one had a clue because the waitress looking after us had apparently finished their shift!
Hopefully was a one off experience but will visit again.

Service much slower than I normally find in a Lounge tho the manager did apologise for the main course. Somewhat disappointed! HOWEVER... noted the new manager's rapid and effective action respecting an incursion of street oiks. Well done there.

173 miles from home tired and hungry we found this little gem. Food was delicious and filling and fresh. The service was brilliant really friendly accommodating staff. If we ever visit again we will be back . Thanks guys

Nice place, great decor. Customer service was nice as they said how long food would take, but it was 30 mins quicker than specified. Food really tasty and recommend it just wanted more quantity for the price

Stopped here en^route for our stay at Burton on the water as we left home after just a slice of toast, walked in, found a table in seconds and decided what to eat, walked to the bar and ordered, my wife has certain eating requirements and the waitress was very understanding and made sure she had exactly what she wanted, i had the big lounge breakfast meal £14.25 and was charged for a basic lounge breakfast for the wife at £9.95. Which I was very happy to pay as when it came out it was cooked to perfection.! A very tasty breakfast and filling, my wife was very happy to with hers, she had a pot of tea and I had a coffee. I highly recommend this establishment, it also boasts two floors and toilets are exceptionally clean and fresh smelling, disabled and nappy changing facilities are sited downstairs for easy access. Waitresses were well turned out and very helpful and presentable. Another 10/10 for this establishment.

Great food, friendly staff. The only problem was there was ten of us and the first few got there food quickly, but it took a hour and a half and three times of asking for the last ones to get there's. But the last two got a refund and free drinks for us all, so we were compensated.

This is a chain of lounges that all do same menu. Food is great and varied, good drinks (alcoholic and non) and plenty of choice on menu for kids and people with dietary issues.
There is a second floor upstairs so can hold a lot of people

Como can be many things depending on the day and time you go. It's good for morning coffee and cake, brunch, lunch or a relaxed evening meal.

My last visit was for a Sunday brunch, arriving at around 11.30. if you're okay with a "busy with kids" environment, go for it - there are lots of then around, and the associated noise that goes with them.
We headed upstairs as most of the young ones were downstairs, but it wasn't long before the overspill find its way upstairs too. For me, it's not what I'm after, but I totally understand that for parents it can be great.
Another downside of the busy-ness is that the food order took around 40 minutes to arrive (two basic brunches). Even a cappuccino and an Americano took over 15 minutes, so not great on that front either.
That said, when it did arrive, it was good quality and generous sized options (again, see my photos).
For me, looking for a child-free brunch, Como isn't a place I'll go back to. At other times, on other days of the week though, it caters to a different clientele, so you just need to pick your moment.

Warm comfy ambiance with a friendly staff, great drinks, and great food. Offering sandwiches, salads, burgers, tapas, and more. Two levels for dining and even a terrace. I could easily become a regular.

Sunday brunch was lovely. Busy but managed to get a table and was asked to use the app as it was quicker… which it was and was served drinks then brunch followed soon after. Food was great. Recommend

By far worst meal I have ever had at como this morning. I have seen it much much busier than it was this morning but the food was diabolical. I had to send the first meal back as my poached egg was hard and chewy. A ‘new meal’ was bought out to me but the only thing that had been changed was the egg. By this point the ciabatta was soft and soggy when it is meant to be toasted and the avocado and tomato had leaked all around my plate which looked severely unappealing! I have ordered the avocado brunch many times before and it has always been great but today it was bought out in big lumps, with soggy bread and a hard egg. I left a huge sum of my meal- very unimpressed with the quality and service.

First time here for lunch today.
Great atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. Food was really good and a great price. Nothing was too much.
We even got a wave and a thank you from the bar area from staff as we were about to leave the building.
All in all left feeling really happy and was very impressed. With out a doubt will be back!

On the evening of 24th July 18, we had booked a table for 7 people at 1900 at Como lounge in Witney.
We ordered our food by 1910, our first dish came at 2000, the last dish arrived at 2020. This meant we waited 20 minutes between dishes arriving!
The waitresses never apologised for over ten minutes when they told us they were cooking the chicken.
This is our third time to the Como lounge where the service has been appalling.
I understand it was a busy evening however they never said at the bar we would be waiting more than usual.
We hadn’t been offered any sort of refund, or free drink, even though we had complained three times.
The fact the waitresses constantly had silly excuses and were rude is totally not acceptable.
I definitely will not be coming back after this and neither will any of the party I came with.
Totally ruined a leaving party.

Stumbled upon this place by chance. Great place. Good choice of food on menu and reasonable prices. Food was served quickly and was really good. The staff were really really friendly and helpful. Hot day so we decided to sit inside which was lovely and cool due to the windows folding back opening up a complete wall for a nice breeze. The upstairs floor also has an outside roof garden area for those who enjoy the sun. Total bonus for us was it's totally dog friendly and there are no restrictions as to where you can sit with your pooch as long as it's on a lead. Totally recommend and will definitely be returning.

By far the biggest rip off with their tapas. £3.95 for 3 measly strips of chicken. Whole meal was cold. When brought the portions up to the server he just shrugged. Won’t be coming back

Our first visit and wow. Exceptional gluten free menu. The food was gorgeous and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. Perfect for our wedding anniversary meal.

I always love a visit here when visiting Witney, apart from the excellent food, there is a lively buzz to the place, with board games aswell for those stopping a little longer than we were. Another plus for us is that this place is dog friendly with water bowls situated near the free drinking water area

Reasonably priced, tasty food and friendly staff. Only had one bad experience and that was due to a loud drunk table of people next to us while we were trying to have a romantic meal for two... We should have asked to move tables in hindsight! All other experiences have been 5*, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
